WHAT IF YOUR DR. IS ONLY SILENCING THE SMOKE ALARM WITHOUT EVER LOOKING FOR THE FIRE?

That’s what looking at only a thyroid panel when addressing Hashimoto’s can be like.

Your thyroid doesn’t operate in isolation. Your gut, immune system, hormones, nutrient status, and stress response are all connected.

The goal isn’t just to manage the diagnosis. It’s to look at the bigger picture.

The body responds once you address the root causes and holistically create sustainable lifestyle changes.

Stop looking at pieces. Start connecting the dots

That’s the PARA Wellness approach ✨

210 POUNDS GONE. TOGETHER. 🔥💪🏼

Looking at us, who would you guess lost the most weight?

Probably @1biggeoff , right? 😉

Plot twist… it was ME. 😬

Hubby: 90 lbs DOWN
Me: 120 lbs DOWN — an entire person!

But here’s the truth nobody saw…

I was our biggest obstacle.

I didn’t want to give up the food. The alcohol. The comfort of the couch. Or the excuses I had convinced myself were reasons I couldn’t change and told Geoff to do the same.

Until I realized something…

The only person standing between me and the life I wanted was ME.

And the day I stopped making excuses was the day I started changing my life.

Now I want to hear from YOU.

What’s the ONE thing holding you back from becoming the person you want to be?

No judgment. I’ve been there. And I want to hear your story.

Because if we can change our lives, so can YOU

The nerves, the excitement, the last-minute touches, the backstage memories, and all the emotions in between. Forever grateful for this experience, the people who were part of it, and the version of me who never gave up. #bodybuilding #transformation #summershreddingchampionship #fyp #1stphorm

How can we sharpen each other if we are never authentic and honest about our flaws? Men need men to call each other out. Find the men that are willing to call you out. Be willing to call men out. Not from judgement, but from love. Don’t accept less from someone because it’s uncomfortable to talk to them about it.

🚨🏆 48 HOURS LEFT… ONE FINAL STAGE, ONE FINAL CHANCE TO MAKE THIS YEAR UNFORGETTABLE! 🔥💪

In less than 48 HOURS, I’ll be stepping on stage at @north_carolina_npc Mid Atlantic Classic in Charlotte, North Carolina, closing out my 2026 bodybuilding season! 🏆

It’s hard to put into words what this year has meant to me. The early mornings, the late nights, the sacrifices nobody sees, the moments of doubt that made every second worth it. This journey has been nothing short of life-changing in so many ways and this year has been the most humbling year of my life!

A HUGE thank you to my coach @jeffreyjensen and @paratransform my team for pushing me to new levels and never letting me settle. To @bodyrevolutionwellness and my doctor @dr_jason_farrah for keeping me healthy and performing at my best. To @rawnutrition for keeping me fueled with the supplements I need to bring my best every single day! THANK YOU! 🙏❤️

Every show, every lesson and every setback has built something bigger than a physique this year! It’s built a mindset that refuses to quit.

This weekend isn’t just about bringing home another trophy. It’s about honoring every sacrifice and every person who helped me get here! 🏆

48 HOURS. ONE LAST DANCE. LET’S FINISH WHAT WE STARTED! 🔥

2026, you’ve been incredible… BUT THE BEST IS STILL AHEAD! 💙🏆 #MensPhysique #Bodybuilding #FitnessMotivation #RoadToPro #bodybuilding
