Immensity of Blue brings together works by Katherine Blackburne, Adam de Boer, Howard Smith, Eva Struble, Jeff Wallace, Allan Wexler, and Ayse Wilson into a vibrant sun soaked playground where summer becomes a site of suspension.

Organized and curated in collaboration with @lisacarlsontrox

Meet Jeff Wallace ✨

Jeff Wallace transforms found and weathered books into tactile sculptural works that explore memory, time, and the fading of personal stories. Working across sculpture, collage, portraiture, and mixed media, Wallace reshapes books and ephemera, allowing their histories to overlap, dissolve, and become something new.

In the works featured in Immensity of Blue, Wallace uses faded blues and sun-bleached yellows to evoke water-worn surfaces and long afternoons under relentless light, as though the books themselves had drifted ashore.
Jeff Wallace’s work is on view in Immensity of Blue at Jane Lombard Gallery through this Friday, August 14th.

A collection begins with attention.

The strongest ones take shape slowly through curiosity, relationships, and the works you keep returning to.

Save this for your first—or next—acquisition 👉
