Michael Myers tried to squat but gets harassed by a flying pig.

I planned to do a lot of Halloween themed workouts this week but ended up working overtime every day. But Chloe was loving her costume too much to do nothing

PR but do it multiple ways? Most weight I’ve ever benched. So a 1RM PR, a PR double, and a 3x2 PR? Why not. When I started this bench progression of just going until I couldn’t, I jokingly said 200 or bust. That’s looking kinda realistic at this point. 😳 I was distracted by Jeffy on the second one and thought for sure he was going to lay his head in my armpit like he normally does. 😂 I went for a third rep on the last one pretty confident it wasn’t there but said why not. There was a time I was terrified of missing a rep. Why not.
