All i know is no matter what this last weekend brings i have achieved more than i ever thought possible for my return to stage! ☺️

My cup is well & truely full of love & gratitude 🫶🏽

"Im so thankful to Sam for helping me on this new fitness journey. I used to run fasted to ‘lose pounds’ before my morning weigh in. Now I’m lifting weights regularly, feeling the strongest I’ve ever felt. I can do functional strength exercises and just generally healthier than I’ve ever been. 💪🏻🫶🏻☀️🙏🏻" - Jenni

Ended the night at Raj Pavillion for food & drinks but everyone was too hungry by then to think of getting photos 🤭

Huge well done to Owen 💪

10x weeks on a shred & then 10x weeks focusing on building his strength in the gym & increasing his food.

The pre-shred & post bulk photos are 20x weeks apart, he weighs the same in both these photos yet his physique has changed loads 👏

Stronger, leaner & healthier ✂️
