POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

@lemon7.ie studio recently became a 120 seat cinema for one night only.

We were proud production sponsors of The Leftovers, a short film directed by @iamjaywoodard and when it came to opening night we wanted to give it the room it deserved.

Our team got to work, the space was transformed, and 120 guests showed up to watch something genuinely special play out on screen.

The reaction in that room said everything. This is a film that earns its silence.

@theleftovers_film is now heading to the @fastnetfilmfestival and we could not be more proud to have been part of the journey from production all the way to that opening night crowd.

A massive thank you to the Lemon7 team who made the evening run seamlessly alongside the Leftovers crew and gave this film the send off it deserved and to @cjm_furniture for helping us with seating for the space.

Cork talent. Cork screen. Watch this space.

💡 You’re doing well—stick to what’s working!

Sometimes the best move isn’t to grow or expand too quickly, but to double down on what’s already driving success. In this week’s episode, we talk about finishing the year strong, and how to resist the pressure to always do more. Unfortunately we’re missing our amazing @sianhorn_business this week.

I will confess something deadly serious to you

YOUR BUSINESS MAY NOT BE READY FOR
GOOGLE ADS!!

Let me explain.

2 years ago i took on a client where i thought he said his budget was £2000 per calender month. In fact his budget was £200 a month for 3 months.

The campaign went well and he recieved approx 4 clients in the 3 months with an average order value of £1100 each so from a ROAS perspective he was happy. I was far from happy though.

When I dug into the data it revealed that the Google algorythm never got out of the learning phase meaning it was never optimised. I recomended to thw client that there was an oppurunity to maximise more sales by getting out of the learning phase. The client dissagreed and wanted to continue with his smaller budget. This time he only received 2 clients over 3 months.

This told me the campaign was still in a learning phase after 6 months. It made me think what performance we could expect if the budget was higher. He never found out as I presented the data and why he ahould consider a much higher budget but again he wanted to continue at a low monthly cost. We parted company where he apprached another ad agency that was happy to take his money and his budget

The truth is if your budget is low Google ads is not the place for your business. You will never get out of the learning phase and in my experience you need a minimum of £500 for 3 to 4 months to push past the envelope and really start growing.

If your spending £200 a month or less a recomend FB, Til-Tok or instagram ads. The learning phase ia shorter and altbough you have to hyper target more you could get better results.
