“Mind the gap between the train and the platform. This is London. This is an itnok train, operating between the end of August and the first week of September. The next station is Photography.”

— Anonymous (apocryphal)

London and I never had much chemistry. This time was different—and I literally changed chemistry: every frame overexposed by 2 stops, then developed in ECN-2 instead of C-41.

A fantastic 4-day escape to beautiful British Columbia to unplug, relax, celebrate, and take pictures.
Rain joined us half the time, but it could not have been better.
Bear-watching and seeing so many bald eagles was unforgettable—if only I had longer lenses…

I’m grateful to have landed back in Oakland in a beautiful new home in the hills above Montclair Village. Feels good to be so close to all my people again!

Last night I hosted a housewarming gathering and it felt so easeful, natural, and sweet to gather again.

A powerful beginning to this new chapter ⚡️

Just finished leading an Experience Design Training with 40 amazing L+D and D+I practitioners from Verizon and Verizon Media.
In 2 days, these folks learned 15 new games/exercises/activities to refresh their repertoire, AND a proven framework to streamline the design all of their programs, and reliably deliver profound results, everytime.

Thank you @garnesha and @jencontidavies for bringing me in to share this body of work that I love so much! (if you're interested in learning these skills yourself, the next public training is January 9-12th in Berkeley, CA. more info here: https://www.jennysauerklein.com/experiencedesigntraining)

Today I am celebrating my inspiring friend and big sister @garnesha Ezediaro on her 40th birthday. I feel so lucky to have been able to learn, laugh, and cry alongside her these past 6 months during our Experience Design and Facilitation Mastermind led by @jennysauerklein. With some people, I feel “seen.” Garnesha is one of those people. She brings light to so many, developing and facilitating leadership programs globally with @verizonmedia - especially focusing on building the capacity of female and multicultural leaders.

Just wanted to give a big shout of gratitude to this woman who has deeply inspired me, and supported my own growth and evolution during this time of transition and deep changes. 📷 @elipoint

Could not be more grateful for this life-changing 6 month journey with this cohort of cutting edge experience designers.
Leading the Experience Is Everything Mastermind program has been one of the great honors and pleasures of my life.
I could not have asked for a more talented and inspiring first cohort, or a more rich playground to bring our crazy visions to life.
Truly one of the most purposeful, rewarding and exhilarating things I have ever done.
Thank you for saying YES to this journey and I can't wait to continue creating epic experiences with you! You make my dreams come true... #experiencedesign #experienceiseverything #mastermind
