2025 Recap // abundant Joy, new experiences and waiting

As we begin 2026, the immense blessings and beautiful joys that filled 2025 still swim in my mind. This was the year where new experiences kept me a bit closer to home, new and old friendships were filled with new depths of knowing and being known, and better than any of it—He, in His rich mercy and kindness has remained and grown as the greatest treasure my heart has ever needed or desired. I don’t take that lightly as there are many desires in this world that remain.

Highlights:
- 2025 I became an *official* auntie to Seeley Joseph (not pictured)
- Through an undeserved and immense grace I remained somewhat of a faux auntie to some of the humans I love the most
- Flower fields, Universal Studios, my Sunrise Cottage with a yard, New York City, and meeting my NY bestie in person

2026 holds many unknowns, and as is the way of life we wait with eager expectation. But of this I am sure—this God I worship—his way is perfect; the word of the LORD proves true; he is a shield for all who take refuge in him. (Ps 18:30) The Lord is my chosen portion and my cup; He holds my lot. The lines have fallen for me in pleasant places; indeed, I have a beautiful inheritance! (Ps 16:5-6)

Bye 2025, you were gentle to me. 🥂to the beginning of 2026. 🤍
