Mother Superior • Watch 4 hours of work, and indecisions, in 45 seconds • I had this basic idea sitting in a sketchbook for a couple years now. It took some motivation from Mother Superior herself and some inspiration from my friend @jenny.keay and her amazing music for it to come to fruition #art #lakesuperior #adobefresco #localartists

Yoga is a balance of holding on and letting go...🧘‍♂️ We consider the following to be the top 3 benefits of yoga
🟢Improved Flexibility and Balance: Yoga poses (asanas) are designed to stretch and strengthen muscles, increase joint mobility, and improve balance and coordination. Regular yoga practice can help reduce the risk of falls and injuries, and make everyday movements easier and more comfortable.
🟢Reduced Stress and Anxiety: Yoga incorporates breathing exercises (pranayama) and meditation techniques that have been shown to reduce stress, anxiety, and depression. These practices help calm the mind, lower blood pressure and heart rate, and improve overall emotional well-being.
🟢Enhanced Physical Fitness: Yoga is a low-impact form of exercise that can be practiced by people of all ages and fitness levels. Regular yoga practice can help improve cardiovascular health, increase muscular strength and endurance, and enhance overall physical fitness. Additionally, certain types of yoga, such as power yoga and hot yoga, can provide a more intense workout for those looking for a challenge.🟢

Now, more than ever, I believe that the future of work and business is purposeful. And that purpose is a *direction* not a *destination*

To wrap up 2022, I’ve put together some of the most important lessons I’ve learned about business and purpose this year.

Thank you to all of the amazing women who have shared their stories with me. I hope these have inspired you (as they have me) to take steps with purpose every day.

I’ll be back in your ears in February 2023.

Until then, tap the link in the bio for this wrap up episode.

Let’s keep it simple.

As the holiday season is upon us, let’s keep talking about how to simplify the daily stress, anxiety, overwhelm, and the fear to make decisions every day.

Create a list.
That’s the most important thing id you’re trying to make sure you stay on track with your daily task list. That allows a visual representation of measurement with how close you are to completing what you put in front of you that day to achieve.
It gives you the chance to not have your day go sideways and then at the end of the day not know where all your time went without completing the tasks you need do to accomplish for the day.

As far as the nutritional challenges in front of us these next 6 weeks, let’s start with an easy one.

Drink more water.
A lot more water than you are currently. Most people are chronically dehydrated and don’t realize it because they are so used to feeling that way and it becomes their new normal, even though it’s not healthy.
And drink more water just before you’re going to a party , get together, or just going out to a restaurant. This will make you feel more full and keep you from having a tendency to be either eat too much food or to eat a bunch of unhealthy food.

Make a list before you do anything else because it’s your own accountability check as you go through the day.

You’re worth it ❤️

Many times in life we only get one shot, one chance, one opportunity to grab onto something that could be life changing or fulfill our dreams.
If we get a second chance at it, it’s a blessing most never get.
Missed opportunities are so common they’ve become mainstream memes and most of the time it’s due to our fears or insecurities around failure, other people’s opinions, all the things.
It will rob us of finding that true happiness, true success and achievement in our life, the kind that puts a smile on your soul.

So stop playing small and wrap your fingers around that opportunity.
Let it stop the world for you.

You’re worth it ❤️

It is important to be patient and constant in our learning to create a more #sustainable world. Mistakes are useful to learn from; and the realization of something that we did not consider before is useful to later help others on their way. Every small action matters and can change our future. 🙌 Double Tap if you agree.
