Ragnar Suncoast 2026!

There is something unforgettable about approaching a finish line after two days of running, tired legs, very little energy left in the tank, and knowing that seven other people gave everything they had to get us there.

Two days. 127 miles. 8 runners. One unforgettable finish line, it was not just about completing 127 miles. It was about everything we experienced together to get there.

Best weekend ever!

I’ve been thinking about this Project 300 email all day from Dr. L. And I agree.. this is not an experience that I can simply put into words. This post won’t do it justice. Project 300 is not just about me. It’s a community that you simply won’t find elsewhere. No quick fix. Just hard work, consistency and community! A truly life changing experience.

Read captions to learn about my journey ➡️➡️➡️

“As iron sharpens iron, So a man sharpens the countenance of his friend.” Proverbs‬ ‭27‬:‭17‬

The last several years have been a rollercoaster ride. We all have our own stories. Our own obstacles that have gotten us to where we are today. Added layers of stress that we break through. It’s not easy to build resilience. But thanks to Project 300 I’ve begun to learn how to build that mindset and truly trust in the plan God has. 🙌🏻

“Rejoice not over me, O my enemy; when I fall, I shall rise;
when I sit in darkness, the Lord will be a light to me.” Micah 7:8

For so long, I tried anything and everything. Every quick fix, tried to seek praise or approval. Those fixes did not work for me. Fixing my eyes on God and living for him with goals soaking in his beauty. Like these views on runs are the best! 🌄

“For am I now seeking the approval of man, or of God? Or am I trying to please man? If I were still trying to please man, I would not be a servant of Christ.” Galatians 1:10

But I did it and still striving toward becoming that better version not only for myself but my family too. Mentally, spiritually and physically. It’s something to work toward every day but small consistency wins.

“‘I will give you back your health and heal your wounds,’ says the Lord.” Jeremiah 30:17

I’ve been blessed to run 100 miles worth of races alone (not training) with my son over the last 7 months. In last six hour ultra, I ran over 15 miles! What!? Never could have thought it’d be able to push through 15 miles at once. Oh, and I can do 300 sit-ups in one sitting.. 100 burpees.. the list goes on. Everyone who knows me is shocked. Seriously the least athletic person. But here I am. If I can, you can!

Every day just pushing toward that consistent healthy lifestyle and overcoming big obstacl

Still can’t get over this weekend! Cincinnati Spartan Day ✌🏻

It was mom’s turn to hit the course. I’ve been beyond blessed with Project 300 for the community, network and boosting a mom’s confidence. Putting in the hard work and showing her kiddos that tough things can be done!

I got to tackle this tough course with my new @300hardway friends! Loved meeting each of you and your families! 🫶🏻

The ski slopes were insane but I surprised myself by completing many of the obstacles and some help from my friends! They make a great team. The heights, slip wall, and dunk are all out of my comfort zone and I completed them! May have cut my knee, gotten stung and bruises galore but I’d do it all again!

The boys also got to get back on the course. Our oldest bumped up to the 3k. @aa_run_riggen said he turned around and our youngest was on the course with the big kids! 😂 watch them both rock that Hercules Hoist!

Thank you to the incredible people who have put this together and created a program to help each of us become better versions of ourselves.

25 athletes were nominated as "tip of the spear athletes" within the project 300 community. Im honored to be one of them.

I know each of us has our own unique stories, and we're all working to overcome something. I've shared my living situation with a lot of my close friends and with the project 300 community, but most people on social media are unaware that me, and my family have been living in a travel trailer for over 3 years. It was something that was meant to be temporary but turned into a long-term situation.
Even though running was something I typically avoided, it became an outlet for me. When I felt like i was failing in life, I could go for a run. I can push past the discomfort, and at the end of It, I will achieve success. Running was not something I had to fight to have control over. it's just something simple I could do. One foot after another until I reach my destination. At the start of Project 300, I never thought I'd complete a Spartan Beast. I just completed my first one last weekend. My assigned race number was 3092. I find this interesting because my husband and I put an offer on a home recently, and the home address number is 9032. Our offer was accepted, and we're currently in escrow. This home is more than I thought we'd ever have. I feel like God is providing us confirmation that he is doing work in our lives. Glory to him! Sometimes, the struggle is necessary, and lessons need to be learned, but God has never left us without. Thank you, Jesus, for giving me strength through discomfort & helping me to grow.

Thank you @realjoedesena @zraz @frank_sepe @drlarapence @300hardway and my coach @josee_williams72 and thank you to the entire POD 1 crew! You guys keep me going! I could not have asked for a better pod. A huge thank you to all of the sponsors in this program. Shout out to @joiwomenswellness and @getblokes for supporting the "tip of the spear athletes" and sponsoring our FOCUS product ☺️💪 I am thankful, humbled, and honored 🫶
We're halfway in! Let's keep the momentum going!
