✨ Celebrating Our Club Members ✨ Every class attended is more than a number. It's a choice to show up. To breathe. To heal. To move. To connect. To come home to yourself, again and again. This month, we're celebrating the incredible members who have reached milestones in our Club 108, 222, 333 and 555 communities. We are especially excited to welcome several new members into these circles of dedication and growth! 💜 Whether you've attended 108 classes or more than 600, each visit represents a moment you chose to invest in your well-being. Those moments add up—not only in classes taken, but in resilience built, friendships formed, strength discovered, and countless acts of self-care. The milestone isn't the destination—it's simply evidence of all the small, meaningful ways you've chosen yourself along the way. For many, those first 108 classes are where a practice begins to feel less like something we do and more like a way we live. That is the medicine of yoga. Thank you for allowing us to be part of your journey. Your presence helps create the warm, supportive community that makes Resilient Soul what it is. Please join us in celebrating these amazing members in the comments below! 🎉 #ResilientSoulYoga #YogaCommunity #PracticeAndAllIsComing #LovelandYoga #CommunityHealing

Turns out that holding a napping baby is a prime opportunity to gaze longingly at photos from one’s past lives, and yesterday I spent a very very very contented hour thumbing through these shots from my week teaching at @ranchlands’s Zapata Ranch last August… and daydreaming about going back there to teach again in four short months, in the last week of June. I cannot wait. There’s got to be a more emphatic way of saying that, but I can’t think of one with the brain-mush I’m working with, so I’ll just repeat it in caps: I CANNOT WAIT. And I’m told there are spots left, so you should come. We’ll write, and we’ll ride in the meadows and dunes and everywhere between, and you don’t need any particular experience in either. You will never forget it, I promise. Link in bio — and 😘 to last summer’s students, who took many of these photos and shared them with me and each other, and whom I’ve hopefully tagged correctly🤞🏼to their images? And the biggest thank you to @kateloveshorses for inviting me back. 💗
