For over a decade we’ve been moving mountains together.

There’s something pretty special about a community coming together for a purpose bigger than the workout itself.

Since 2016, we’ve been taking on Jenny LaBaw’s Move Mountains workout, continuing to share the message behind her incredible 500 mile run across Colorado in 2015 to raise awareness for epilepsy.

The Move Mountains workout was released on the 1 year anniversary of the completion of her run.

Today, our athletes showed up, put in the work, and moved mountains together.

Because while each of us has our own mountains to climb, there’s something powerful about knowing we don’t have to climb them alone.

For over a decade we’ve been moving them together. Sharing Jenny’s story, and raising awareness for Epilepsy together.

Grateful for everybody who made these moments, carving through the Sierras feel like magic🌞🪻🪾

Beneath our narratives and our differences, we are all sharing the same air, the same water, the same earth.

In a collective movement, fifteen strangers step aboard the houseboat buoyant below the Sierra Nevadas, with five days of open water and spontaneity ahead. We come together from contrasting paths, yet our stories begin to intertwine as we set off for the unknown. For some of us, waterskiing is entirely new… our first encounter waiting across the wake. For others, it’s generational, passed down through our lineage like a family language. And for the rest, it seems to be rooted somewhere deeper within, woven into their bloodline. Yet it is not our experience with the sport that brings us together; it is the instinctive itch toward exploration, inviting us to chase the unfamiliar, embrace the unpredictable, and dare to step beyond the boundaries of our own. Out on the water, there is no familiar trajectory to follow. With the force of the ski beneath our feet and Mother Nature’s presence surrounding us, we heed nature’s call to adventure. As we embark on the journey that awaits, the lake will become much more than an open body for us to ski, but a place where we will learn to let go, move freely, laugh loudly, and forge friendships with those who were once unknown to us all.

We arrived as fifteen strangers searching for something beyond the ordinary… joining in the genesis of experiences to be reminisced on for decades to come. We leave as fifteen friends, bound by a place that asked us to leap into the unknown and remember what it feels like to be completely, unapologetically alive.

Hey there… just reminding you if you’re not consistently practicing off-water strength, mobility and conditioning… ‼️THAT IS YOUR WEAK LINK‼️

FPM takes the guess work out.

Year-long programming, specifically for waterskiers that adjusts through the year based on goals of that season. Year round we always have some sort of each component, but the emphasis changes.

See below for a basic layout.

Post-season mid Oct-Nov 👉 recovery and rebuilding
Off-season Dec-Feb 👉 strength and base conditioning
Pre-season Mar-May 👉 ski prep and sprint work
In-Season June-mid Oct 👉 maintenance

If you know this is a hole in your game, we encourage you to sign up for the 14 day FREE trial by Sept 28th at the latest. That will ensure you get through the 2-week intro period before joining us on Oct 12 at the beginning of our Post-Season program which we consider the start of the FPM off-water year!
