Massive shout out to @bodyfit_kenttown Before joining the fam I was feeling a little lost with my training. I was bored with Training on my own & exercise felt like a chore. Now every morning I look forward to a new class! Because of the progressive nature, I don’t want to miss a session... it’s like missing a vital step. It's been a little over 6 months since @nextflexfood first opened our doors for food preparation. We still have lots to accomplish but can't be happier enough with our progress. Final touches on the next menu just to make sure our standard are set at a high expectation.
You can never stop learning and make your business even more successful, make sure you are opened minded and happy to try new things.
It's time for @nextflexfood to put its foot down, watch this space. The next 3 months will be full of new recipes, amazing flavours and food ready for you to reduce cooking stress and keep you healthy 👌

Every Friday morning! 😴😴😴
It makes sense though, right?
A big week of work, training and yoga-ing means every bit of sleep counts! By the end of the week, if you've given it everything you have, you're ready for a rest! AND you deserve it! A baby sleep-in then some extra down time over Saturday and Sunday (if only there was an extra day between those two!)
Friday mornings mean my hair is 90% dry shampoo and I'll squeeze in one more sweat sesh before I scrub-a-dub-dub and have squeaky clean hair for the weekend!
