New work on the website! And when I say new work, I mean from 2021. 😜 Second session Seattle Branding magic with this one <3

These Seattle branding photos of Jenn (@jennhepton) are everything we love about a fun swanky downtown photoshoot! This space is surely missed, but how special of a time it was to be able to create there! Check out the photos on the blog of both Jenn and the Stand, never to be re-created again <3 This is why I love photography.

Harvest is not another demand to produce. It is the pause in which we finally see what grew.

What truth is ready to be received? What dream no longer wants to remain an idea? What are you carrying from habit rather than devotion?

At GATHER, we will meet the season honestly: receiving its fruit, releasing what belongs to the field, and choosing what will cross the threshold with us.

Kiln - an integration community
.... is not held by one woman at the centre.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
That matters to me.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
This founding year is being held by a circle of women, each bringing her own way of listening, seeing, practicing, and tending the work.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Inside Kiln, I call this the Well.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
The Well is the group of women helping hold the directions as we move from August to the winter solstice. They are also in a year-long mentorship with me, deepening in healership, service, teaching, group holding, business, and apprenticeship.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Part of what I love about Kiln is that it gives that learning a real place to live.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Not as performance.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Not as hierarchy.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Not as one person holding everything.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
As practice.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
As relationship.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
As responsibility.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
As service inside a living community.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Each direction will have its own quality, its own medicine, and its own way of asking us to pay attention.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Over the coming weeks, I will share more about each woman, the direction she is holding, and why she feels drawn to that part of the wheel.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
For now, I want you to know this:
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Kiln is being tended by women in practice, in relationship, and in devotion to the wider community we are creating together.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Enrollment for the founding year is open.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
August 10 - December 21, 2026.

Registration is Open for the Kiln:
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
The depth of relationship is part of the medicine.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
At some point, the work has to leave the privacy of your journal and enter the way you live, speak, choose, ask, receive, repair, and let yourself be seen.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
That is why we gather.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Not to be fixed.
Not to be led by someone who knows better.
Not to become more polished versions of ourselves.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
But to practice being real, together.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
To be witnessed without being made small.
To be reflected without being corrected.
To be met by women who are also learning how to trust what is true in them.
There is something that happens in the field of honest relationship.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
We remember more of ourselves.
We hear ourselves more clearly.
We notice where we disappear, where we perform, where we protect, where we are ready to choose differently.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
And we get to practice another way.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
A way where truth does not have to become intensity.
Where accountability does not have to become punishment.
Where tenderness does not have to mean collapse.
Where being seen does not require us to be impressive.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
This is part of what Kiln is here to hold.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
A rhythm of gathering.
A place to return.
A community where what has opened in you has somewhere to keep living.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
The work was never meant to stay separate from your relationships, your choices, your body, your voice, your leadership, your life.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
It was always meant to become livable.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Kiln Community 2026 opens August 10 and moves through the winter solstice.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Founding year enrollment is open now.

SOLD OUT
Ember begins in 9 days.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I had a last-minute cancellation, and there is now one spot left in the circle. I’m offering it at a scholarship price for the woman who reads this and feels her whole body say yes.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I trust how these things move. Someone steps back so someone else can step forward. If you’ve been circling Ember from a distance, wondering, feeling the pull — this might be the answer.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Ember is a 5-night women’s medicine retreat at Sentinel in Kaslo, BC. May 14–19. The container is held. The women are extraordinary. The work is deep — forest ceremony, heart ceremony, integration days woven with embodiment, creative practice, and the kind of witnessing that softens something old in you.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
If you feel the pull, send me a message. I’ll answer your questions honestly and we’ll feel into it together.
If something in you just leaned forward, that’s worth listening to.

It’s always been about more than movement. 💗

I don’t take being a safe space for you for granted. I’m on the front line for your every hard, beautiful, exciting and devastating moment—health and otherwise.

I’ve been here when you lost your parent, your child.

When you relapsed, got cancer, filed for divorce.

When you got the promotion, got engaged, moved houses, built a business, lost a business.

People don’t understand the bond that’s created between clients and practitioners—that I see you (often) more than your friends or family and am witness to all of you.

I’m here, ready with a laugh, a shoulder to cry on and some dumbbells to move through it all. And I’ll be right there with you through every chapter that comes next 💗

The Fair Play Guide to Grief and Loss can be a great place to start unpacking and helping others learn about the mental load of grieving - and there are so many resources out there that aim to take some of that heaviness off of grievers’ shoulders.

Swipe to learn about just a few of them, from grief-based communities to estate admin assistance to guides that help workplaces support team members experiencing loss and more.

Find links to all of these resources and download the full Fair Play Guide to Grief and Loss for free at the link in our bio.

NOTE: This is not a partnership or sponsored post. Fair Play and the Fair Play Policy Institute are not affiliated with any of these resources (with the exception of the CPE Checklist and Fair Play Facilitators).

Keep in mind that the Fair Play Guide to Grief and Loss isn’t written by grief professionals, and it’s not a replacement for therapy. This isn’t a checklist or a comprehensive resource. It’s simply a starting point, rooted in lived experience, to help create space for whatever your grief looks like.

If you think you may be experiencing depression or another mental health condition, talk to someone you trust — a friend, a family member, or a therapist. The first step is letting someone know how you’re feeling. If you’re in crisis, text HOME to @crisistextline at 741-741 or call 988 to reach @988lifeline.

Two weeks ago, I had the privilege of watching a group of beautiful souls step into their power during the Sound Practitioner training. Each of them brought something unique, something deeply needed into the space, an energy, a voice, a vibration that only they can offer. It’s humbling, really, to witness so much growth and transformation.

Every moment, every sound, every note shared was a reminder of how much this world needs each of us, exactly as we are. We each have a rhythm that only we can create, and watching each person tap into that rhythm was nothing short of magical.

Grateful doesn’t quite capture how I feel. Grateful for their trust, their courage, their openness. I am deeply honored to facilitate this journey and witness it unfold.

Here are some beautiful moments from this round of training. 💫

If you’re feeling the call to join the next round, send me a DM with your name and email to be added to the waitlist for the Spring training. Details coming soon. 🎶 ✨

This is what my book is about ♥️
It’s not only about the healing journey and normalising, infertility trauma and loss so that we can create community conversation just support each other

It’s about how my own feelings were ignored how I had to really really self advocate for myself in a situation that seemed impossible

It’s about the journey through infertility in a patriarchal society, and also also the healing as a woman that has to happen in order to navigate life after infertility trauma

I will be talking about this a lot more because I feel that is important to normalise this so that we don’t feel alienated or alone

And I do think it’s important to know that there is privilege and yes there is trauma

there is both ❤️

Watch this space !!

Thank you @thetfmrdoula for the podcast to support our community.

IWD: I count my lucky stars ✨ that I get to spend so much time with these badasses.

The strongest, most inspiring people I know walk through these gym doors. They are business owners, mothers, change makers, caretakers, thought leaders and deep thinkers. They make me laugh, cry and beam with pride. Their outlook on life, dedication to their wellbeing and the trust they put into the space I hold gives me hope.

I love y’all. I am so grateful. 🤍
