Sometimes you don’t realize what you were missing until you see what’s available to the next generation.

I’m incredibly proud of the athlete I was and everything sports gave me. But knowing what I know now, I can’t help but wonder what could’ve been different if I had learned how to truly train like an athlete at a younger age.

That’s a big part of why this means so much to me.

The next generation gets access to something I wish I had. And I’m pretty excited to watch what they do with it here at D1 Training Bridgewater 🖤 -Jenni

Okay Bridgewater… we FINALLY have an opening update!

If you’ve been following along with us, you know it’s been a journey getting here. You’ve watched the workouts, the events, the construction, the progress… and we know the question everyone keeps asking:

We are officially targeting the week of October 10th!

Over the next couple of weeks, we’ll be sharing everything you need to know, including our official opening date, class schedule, and all the details for opening week.

Yes, this holiday was a big deal when I was growing up! We’d put on a whole performance to celebrate the amazing women in our lives. Swipe for a little throwback to the ‘80s!

Shout out all the incredible women in my life today: my mom, my family, and my ride-or-die girls who keep me sane, laughing, and moving forward every day.

Mom, you are pure magic. Your strength, love, and endless support mean everything to me. To the women in my family who are there with me and to the ones who came before, you are my roots, my inspiration, and my source of strength. And to my girls… what would I do without you? I hit the jackpot with you all.
