time. ❤️‍🔥 under. ❤️‍🔥 tension. ❤️‍🔥 excited to celebrate 10 YEARS of PLNK today w a bitten charcoot popup from 10.30a-12.30p!

grateful for more than two years as part of the PLNK team.

i used to be afraid of the shakes. now i welcome them as a sign of life, of growth. the slower we go, the more my mind dives deep into the tension, sitting with the discomfort rather than rushing or avoiding. now i face it head on - in a cute set, with a badass playlist & surrounded by the most incredible community.

i also love hand-making and offering my charcuterie mini-boxes for the incredible team, clients & friends i’ve met along the way. 🖤

love,
jennie

happy Tulsa Tough Weekend!!! 🌷✨🍑🌸🧀 I will be @riversidestudiotulsa on Sunday fr noon-6p volunteering w our friends doing Goff Fest!! Always a good time to come down off the hill, check out cool architecture (& bathrooms/drinks/ice cold air!!!), & support @tulsaspotlighttheatre before heading back into the fray!

I’ll be prepping fresh tasty treats from the farmer’s market tmrw so you can build your own charcoot on Sunday!! Pick 8 ingredients & I’ll build it for ya in a cutesy to-go box. I’ll probably go overboard because you’re cute, $18 🫦🫶

see you soon!!! ✨💋✨

Year 2 @leaguexstudios was magical in every single way, the friendships this space created were only made stronger and deeper with every practice.. 💫✖️ These incredible humans were there beside me through every celebration and bad day, supporting, cheering, and pushing me through the threshold of my own limitations, giving me so much hope and connection.. To be apart of this community is honestly life changing, and I can’t wait to step into year 3 with all of these incredible badass coaches and teammates, thank you league for being exactly what Tulsa needs, let’s keep reaching for the stars together team! 💚🥹✨✖️

went from 00:00 to 50:00 real quick this quarter 🖤

it’s my first #thisisPLNK day since becoming an instructor, and it has truly been the most wild and wonderful 3 months. it’s been fun to learn something new, exciting to navigate new challenges, and above all else, an honor to share this practice with each of you who choose to spend your daily 50 minutes with me.

the PLNK method has transformed me inside and out, and helping you navigate your own experience with it has been such a joy. to my clients: thank you for trusting me. to my teammates + mentors: thank you for guiding and supporting me. to my friends: thank you for cheering me on. community is everything, and the one at @plnkfitness is like no other.

Wanna give it a try? Use FREEPLNKLAURA for your first class on me. 🖤

“Practice” may be what we do, but community is who we are. Every single beating heart that enters this space is what makes LEAGUE so magical.

There is no team like LEAGUE✖️

Before she even stepped onto the stage, Eagle charmed the small crowd with her off-the-cuff humor, cowgirl hat, long brown curls and silky red dress. She introduced herself with an accompanying eagle scream and claw hand, then told stories about rowdy honky tonks in Nashville and her truck-driving, badass neighbor, who became the subject of a delightful original song, “Carole with an E.” — @jenniethelloyd has the full review from Tulsa.
