One night in LA, 💯 worth it. ✈️
I’m so grateful to @mary.langleytreisman for including me in the intimate book launch of celebrity home stager @meridithbaerhome at Meridith’s own exquisite Brentwood home. I loved connecting with top agents from The Agency, Compass and Christie’s, and was honored to represent LIV Sotheby’s.
🪴Her home is warm, artful and full of timeless charm. I left with so many new ideas for helping clients get top dollar. The infusion of art, plants and natural materials was spectacular.
🤍Meredith and Mary - Denver, Vail, Beaver Creek and Aspen would love to have you! 🏔️

📖Meridith’s book is available through pre-sales @amazon - “The Making of a Home.” Highly recommend for all my friends who love beautiful homes and design inspiration.

10+ acres. Three homes. Over 150 years of Hollywood history.

At the base of Runyon Canyon, this gated compound, known as “The Anchor of the Canyon”, offers a rare convergence of scale, privacy, and legacy.

A 1920s Spanish estate, with addition and interiors by Paul R. Williams.

A turn-of-the-century two-story Craftsman.
An 1800s two-bedroom writer’s cottage.

Private view trails, aviaries/greenhouses, art studio and gardens unfold like your own park…because it is. Infinity pool, spa, gym, and complete seclusion… just minutes from the city.

Not just rare, this is the kind of property that doesn’t come back around.

Offered at $21,000,000

Showing a property is about creating moments and evoking feelings.

It’s about helping someone walk in a home and instantly picturing themselves living there.

When a home tells a story, it doesn’t just get viewed it gets remembered.
