We started our instructor training program with the intention of filling in the gaps we noticed in some other programs. We want our students to feel confident, informed, empowered and excited to start their Pilates career. We are SO proud of all of the instructors we have trained so far and are honored to keep it going!❤️ We offer payment plans and scholarships to make our program as accessible as possible. We provide time and space for students to complete practice hours at our studio (cost included in tuition). All lectures are led by @jennisuss and @cassandra.cotta at our NYC studio! Want to join?? We would LOVE to have you! Reach out with any questions or head to our website to learn more! #pilates #pilatesinstructortraining #pilatesinstructor #nycpilates #hipmobility

When we were thinking about our wedding, we were very sure about two things: ▪️our wedding wasn’t about us - it was about all of the people in our lives who showed us how to love and be loved and we were going to make sure they felt OUR love ▪️come hell or high water, we were going to do it our way - adjusting the traditions/expectations that worked for us, throwing out all the ones that didn’t and turning every curveball into the moment we’d dreamed of We were also very sure that we needed a photographer who could hang with us wanting virtually no posed pictures and being the unpredictable balls of chaos that we are. And that’s how we came to choose @glasspoetstudios. Not only did Courtney roll with the punches with effortless ease but she became part of the party and I am still hearing about just how much our friends and family loved her. She couldn’t have done a better job of capturing the true essence and emotions of the day (she even got my pre-ceremony pout when I was sure nothing was going “right” and me sobbing in front of a room of 100+ people because Mark broke my heart open in the most beautiful of ways…more on that later…) I can’t speak highly enough or thank her enough. Just look at all that love we have ❤️ #wedding #wedfingphotography #weddingphotography #justmarried #koenigcaughtacotta #newmrs #love

One month ❤️ Saying, “My husband,” has become more natural…as long as I don’t stop to think about it too long. The ring on Mark’s hand still catches me off guard, but only sometimes. Our friends and family have all become one big group of happy people who now know each other that much better. And life as Mrs. Koenig feels just a little sweeter. Also, @glasspoetstudios took so many amazing photos…I don’t know how I’m choosing what I’m posting anymore because the decision is impossible, but I’ll keep the party haphazardly going! Stay tuned… Venue: @audreysfarmhouse Dress: @madewithlovebridal @lovelybridenyc Hair and makeup: @beautifybyceleste Bridesmaids: @birdygrey Tux and suits: @indochino Flowers: @poppyflowersco Coordinator: @danielles.events #wedding #onemonth #marriedlife #koenigcaughtacotta #weddingplanning #bride #groom #love

Seated arm series quickie! Don’t be fooled by the body position. This one burns🔥🔥🔥 Do you ever really want to sneak in a workout but also just kinda want to just sit down? Yeah we’ve all been there. This one is for those moments. So take 10 minutes for some firey arm moves while seated! Try it with wrist weights (I’m using 2 lbs but pick your poison). You can easily substitute hand weights or ditch the weights all together go au naturale! Reach out with thoughts or questions. We love hearing from you❤️ #matpilates #arms #armstrength #seatedexercise #pilates
