Girls are gentle and patient and their hair smells like bubblegum, right?! I hear they sneeze glitter instead of snot. Boys are loud and smelly and all they do is talk about farts. Give me all the girls rooms, pls!! 🎀

Big update recently from Instagram 👀 You can now ✨reorder✨ your profile grid! For brands and creators, this is a bigger deal than it sounds. Your profile basically becomes a curated landing page where you can showcase your best content, products, services, and brand story in any order you want.🤯 Listen up as @jennycandy breaks it down for us: what changes, why it matters, and how to do it. 👆 Do you have access to the feature yet?! #socialmediamarketing #newinstagramfeature

It’s Tuesday… and that means it’s time for a new @tawapa piercing. But let’s be real — a fresh sparkle sounds perfect any day of the week. ✨ 🚨🔔Friendly reminder: We’ll be closed on Thanksgiving, so get your sparkles in today or tomorrow. Otherwise, we’ll see you back on Friday the 28th. 💫

Q: Is it still important to have a curated IG feed? With her emotional support latte in hand, @jennycandy drops some knowledge. Too busy to listen in? Save this post for later! In the meantime, here’s the TLDR: 🌼The IG grid isn’t everything, but it DOES still matter 🌼Think of your profile as a landing page for your brand - first impressions, brand storytelling, recruitment, and conversions 🌼An engaging IG grid should have a mix of content formats + a mix of humans and products 🌼Update your Reels cover photos (even after you post!) 🌼Use the “edit grid” feature (if you have it, it’s still rolling out) 🌼Use pinned posts at the top of your profile Happy to answer any questions in the comments or DMs! #socialmediamarketing #socialmediatipsandtricks

Spotted: Taylor Swift, lifeguards off duty, dogs in disguise, a garbage man, Rapunzel and friends, and a couple of cosmic witches… Safe to say The Daffodils understood the assignment. 👻🖤✨

There’s a kind of rest that only happens in community—when you exhale beside women who remind you of your own softness. My time @mthrco felt like a deep breath after a long season of holding. Connection as medicine. Rest as resistance. Creation as return. I left feeling full, grateful, and reminded that slowing down is its own kind of power. Thank you to Austin and Ukiah for letting us exhale, dance, cry, DoorDash late night snacks, HEAR ME OUT, make new soul friends, get weird, get in our feelings, have heart to hearts and laugh until we peed our pants. 2025 MTHR tour, you were one for the books #TINA #rossperot

Giving myself the gift of vacation with friends and new friends at @mthrco has been life changing. This trip to Austin at @rancho_moonrise did NOT disappoint. Laughfests and good cries, soundbaths joined by coyotes, boots and bandanas, and so many of my favorite people made this a trip Ill never forget.

A client recently asked me: “When should we use Instagram Collabs versus Reposts?” The trick? Knowing which one fits your goal. Here’s our quick breakdown: ✨Collabs show up on both accounts’ grids, boosting reach and engagement. These are best when you want to co-create content or share ownership with a partner, influencer, or founder, but the key is making sure the content can speak effectively to multiple audiences simultaneously. Hot Tip: let the influencer/founder own the post, then invite the brand to collab — Instagram favors the original poster. ✨Reposts let you share someone else’s post to your own feed while giving them credit. You essentially double distribution - the creator’s feed, and then yours. This is especially great for amplifying UGC, press mentions, or testimonials and adding social proof without extra content creation. So are you team collab 🤝 or team repost 🔁? There’s no right answer.
