Sake Festival Singapore 2026 returns for its 11th year with the theme 'The Masters’ Return.' As one of Asia’s first and largest sake and Japanese spirits festivals, it highlights Singapore’s vibrant Japanese beverage culture. Organized by Orihara, a leading nihonshu distributor, the event takes place on Saturday, 20th June 2026, at Suntec Singapore Convention & Exhibition Centre. Tickets cost S$60 in advance, S$70 at the door, with a special 5+1 bundle deal, offering great value for sake lovers and newcomers alike. 🤩🤩

This edition offers an immersive experience with over 40 sake brewers from Japan, including Dassai Inc., Hakurakusei, Yukinobosha, and Shimeharitsuru by Miyao Brewery. Attendees can explore more than 600 sakes and spirits, showcasing Japan’s rich brewing heritage. Notably, Hakurakusei from Niizawa Brewery is known for shokuchushu, meal-time sakes favored by Michelin-starred restaurants. Shimeharitsuru, using pristine underground water from the Asahi mountains, continues to impress with its balanced flavors.

Highlights include sake stories like Azuma Rikishi’s CAVE UROKO 5, a cave-aged blend with deep umami, and Yamakawa Mitsuo 2026 by Yamagata Masamune, a modern junmai sake. The festival also features Kamotsuru Shuchu Zaishin Junmai Daiginjo from Hiroshima’s historic brewery, renowned for elegant sake made with Yamadanishiki rice.

Complementing the offerings, Suntory will launch five premium new brews—Mliko, Pilsner, Sunset, Half & Half, and Black Beer—along with rare selections like Kaoru Ale and Master’s Dream, usually available only in select outlets.

Experience highlights include the debut of the Workshop Arena with free sessions from Dassai, Suntory Toki whisky, and SKLO glassware, plus curated tastings by Sake Bottle Share. Sommeliers will guide themed sake tours for quick discovery. Food lovers can enjoy izakaya alley, curated by Tanjong Pagar Yokocho chefs, with Japanese bites like oden, karaage, crab uramaki, anago sushi, and otsumami, starting at just S$6.

One year since dad was called home to be with the God he served all his life ☁️
Mom gathered us, and some of his closest, some knew him from age 17-70 (which I always thought was cool)
Was sent home in daddy’s car (that a family friend bought over) taking the same seat I always took, so familiar yet so different.
The week it happened, I felt it was too sudden, could barely believe it, but the following week I lost my voice completely so I could not lament, and remember support 🩶 and a peace that surpassed all understanding (Philippians 4:7)

Felt like I wanted to etch 1% of his memory and impact here on my socials… and for myself, as a reminder for when I feel like lamenting about life.
