Terra Venture Norway: Expedition Run + Expedition Trek, late summer 2027.

We know a lot of you have been waiting for this one. It’s getting close.

We’ve been out scouting and getting a real feel for the places that will shape this expedition. Every time we go back, we fall a little more in love with Norway.

We’re pretty sure this one is going to be incredible: wild, beautiful, and full of all that Norwegian nature and culture.

We’ll share the full journey soon. If you’d like early access to the details, join the Norway list through the link in bio.

Your fitness has places to go…

You’ve taken it on trails, but have you taken it up to jungle mountain peaks? Or to colorful Colombian villages with small local coffee shops? Contrasts of pampering luxury and grit and sweat. It moves your focus from the noise of this crazy world to the ground right in front of you and the people around you. Your life. Your team.

Terra Venture creates supported endurance expeditions around that idea. You bring the effort; we shape the journey around it.

If you have been wondering what else your endurance could be for, explore The Endurance Explorer’s Playbook: our email journey into expedition travel.

Some tranquility with Bunny at Stump Lake. I noted the incongruity of said tranquility as it coexisted with the Cypress Hill tune “How I Could Just Kill a Man” running around my brain. The excursion was hot on the heels of a mildly chaotic day hiking up to the gondola yesterday. Poor decisions of pack weight and trying the evac route with Bunny was ameliorated by the good decisions of taking the longer but easier way up at the halfway point and the delicious cheeseburger at the lodge (shared with Bunny of course). @jensegger I needed to borrow your pain box for a while to quiet down a pouting right calf, hope that was ok.

We’ve shown you some of the hard parts. Swipe to the end to see some of the best parts we haven’t shown you yet.

A Terra Venture expedition is designed as a full experience.

Seven days in Colombia, with four days moving through remote terrain on foot. Choose Run or Trek, with full support throughout.

There is discomfort. There is also connection, recovery and a little hard-earned luxury.

The Terra Venture sweet spot is in the contrast.

Interested? Learn more or apply through the link in bio.

Sometimes timing opens a door.

We have three places available for our October Colombia expedition, and rather than leave them empty, we’re opening them at a last-minute invitation rate.

October 18–24. Seven days in Colombia. Four days moving through the mountains on foot …trekking, with options to run if you want to.

Come on your own. Bring a friend. Come ready for long days, remote places, and a very different way of experiencing Colombia.

The invitation rate is available through September 20.

DM COLOMBIA and we’ll send you the details.

Back in Whistler coaching 29029, and this might just be my favorite mountain to coach on.

There’s something special about this course: beautiful trails winding through the woods, big mountain views, and athletes out here finding out just how much they’re capable of.

And apparently, we’re not the only ones on the mountain… the bears are out!

Time to climb. Let’s go, Whistler! 💪🏾

UTMB week is here, bringing more than 10,000 runners to Chamonix.

Our entire starting field fits around one dinner table.

5–14 people moving together through remote trails and communities.

The world is bigger than race day.

A few spots remain for Colombia, October 18–24, 2026. For every spot booked, Terra Venture will donate an additional $500 to support communities affected by the earthquake.

For Juancho, our Colombia course director, these trails were once his childhood playground.

We move through places he knows and familiar faces along the way.

That’s the difference between visiting a place and being welcomed into it.

Join us in Colombia October 18-24 2026. Learn more or apply through the link in bio.

What separates the women who consistently hit their wellness goals from the ones who stay stuck? It isn't boundless motivation or elite genetics. It’s how they treat their time.

Elite coach Jen Segger breaks down the exact mindset shift needed to achieve your goals in midlife: treating your training window like a non-negotiable appointment with yourself that you simply do not cancel. No excuses, no junk volume, just efficient, purposeful movement.

This October, we’ll spend a week running trails that were once part of our team’s everyday lives.

As children, these paths led them to school, to neighboring villages, and into the mountains above their homes.

Soon, they will lead us into a side of Colombia few visitors ever get to experience. Apply now or learn more through the link in our bio before spots fill.

It’s incredibly common to feel like you don’t have hours to dedicate to a massive workout routine. But world-class endurance coach Jen Segger has a refreshing reminder: starting small isn't settling, it's sustainable.

You don't need hours; you just need 20 to 30 minutes of intentional daily movement to completely shift your energy and build long-term longevity. ⏳
