Great to be out knocking on doors in Transcona for our fantastic candidate, Shannon Corbett! The warm response on the doorstep made up for the slippery sidewalks.

A little bit of recapping is in order here. The day I met Josh Morrisey was an absolutely miserable day for me. I was still on antibiotics and off my ADHD medication and the unexplainable twenty two minute delay for some reason before Josh arrived made it that much more unpleasant. I got there at three and was second in line. I felt even worse for the kid who was first in line and arrived for the signing at Noon.

Now I did make a new friend @jenseguin09 so that was pleasent and when Josh Morrisey did arrive he signed everything and he is a good guy. Now I don't know what it was, but I know something was off because the next day the Jets got crushed by the @philadelphiaflyers 7-1 at home.

But on Thursday April 16th I went back to @the44wpg
and had the best turkey sandwich and chocolate chip cookie for the second time. The food is absolutely fantastic and Josh Morrisey is a good guy.

And then for bonus points I was downtown and ran into @matt_a204 because the @sanjosesharks were in town and that same kid who was first in line at the Josh Morrisey signing and I got a pic with @wpgbluebomberscfl Pat Neufeld. The weather was still awful outside.

Now it only took till two days into May but the weather in Winnipeg is finally improving. I mean my g-d, could it ever get nice in Winnipeg early. Is it possible? I doubt it! I honestly believe it could snow here in June.

More to come!
Goodnight!

(Ps I am aware)

6 months of hard work and dedication has paid off big time for Jen!! 💪🏼😁

When she started up with our team last year, Jen knew she needed some structure around her health and fitness.

She had experimented with different programs and dieting methods in the past, but never found anything truly sustainable and enjoyable, and that’s what she was after most.

Since starting with our team Jen has successfully:
- Increased her lifting reps
- Stabilized her weight
- Reframed old toxic and restrictive beliefs around nutrition
- And learned to accept and love her body for where it’s currently at

Now Jen has a healthy lifestyle and mindset centered around improving and nourishing her well being, that she’ll thrive from for years and years to come.

Congratulations on a job very well done Jen, keep LIVING LIFTED!! 💪🏼❤️‍🔥
