Why Galaxy Runners is perfect for reluctant, unconfident and dyslexic readers! ✨ As a dyslexic kid I always wanted to read a chunky book but they were always so densely packed with small text my brain just couldn’t handle it. So when creating Galaxy Runners I wanted to fulfil that dyslexic kids dream and make a book with easy to read fonts, short chapters, lots of illustrations and even some comic sections to break up the text! I’m so proud of how this book has turned out and I’m so greatful to the team @scholastic_uk for helping make this adventure as accessible as possible! #dyslexicreader #reluctantreaders #unconfidentreaders #raisingreader

Space exploration has never been more fun in #GalaxyRunners Jello Breaks the Universe & I’m excited to be closing the blog tour today! Fresh, original & hilarious, I love the combination of graphic novel-style illustrations interwoven into this adventure. Perfect for Star Trek & An Alien at the Jam Factory fans!

✨ Galaxy Runners: Jello Breaks the Universe ✨

- BOOK TOUR REVIEW -

Get ready for a wild ride across the galaxy!
Galaxy Runners: Jello Breaks the Universe is a hilarious and action-packed adventure full of space chaos and a very lovable alien called Jello.

When siblings Kas and Fig take on a mysterious delivery, they discover their cargo is actually Jello — a gooey, shape-shifting alien with some slightly unexpected powers…
Soon they’re caught up in a race across the universe while trying to keep Jello safe from the greedy Warp Co.

Packed with comic-strip panels, brilliant illustrations and short, punchy chapters, this is a fantastic choice for children who love visual storytelling or are building confidence with reading. A brilliant mix of humour, adventure and quirky characters makes it a book that’s easy to get lost in — and you’ll want Jello as your new bestie by the end of it 😉

A fun, fast-paced space adventure that feels like a comic and a novel rolled into one. Perfect for readers aged 7+

Huge thanks to @scholastic_uk for sending me a copy as part of the book tour. Make sure to check out all the other bookstagrammer accounts on the tour!

This is my personality now… sorry not sorry!

For real though, friends, acquaintances and family and my virtual friends online, who have come up to me in real life and online to say GO SUZI or that they’ve also been motivated to try too after seeing my posts - I love you so very much - this hyper fixation might end but for now WEEK five - run 2 is ✔️

Anyone got a watch recommendation that can track the distance? Now I’m pushing myself outside of the couch to 5k app times I need to be able to see when I’m reaching my mark so I can keep my pace without fumbling for my phone in my little running bag…
