Before I introduce our new Queens, I want to take a moment to honor the women who represented Ms. Full-Figured North Carolina this past year. Queen Ken. Queen Alecia. Queen Tie. Queen Christian. Four different women. Four different personalities. Four different journeys. Four women who will forever be connected to this chapter of MSFFNC. I am grateful for each of you. This year brought growth, lessons, laughter, memories, challenges, celebrations, and moments that reminded me why this organization means so much to me. One thing I have learned over the years is that every reign looks different. Sometimes the greatest part of the journey is what happens during the reign, and sometimes it is what begins because of the reign. Ken, Alecia, and Tie, although your official reign has ended, I truly believe there is still so much ahead for each of you. I look forward to watching your platforms develop, seeing you grow into new opportunities, and continuing to support you in this next chapter. Tie, thank you for the many times you showed up, stepped in, and poured into this year. There are so many memories from this season that I will always smile about. Christian, your journey is a little different because your reign as Ms. Ultimate Supreme continues through 2030. You shared this year with this group of Queens, and you have already given so much of yourself to MSFFNC. Christian... we still have work to do. ❀️ And I am looking forward to every bit of it. To all four of you, please know that I don't look at this year simply as appearances, events, pictures, or crowns. I look at the relationships, the growth, the memories, where you started, and where I believe you can still go. I hope each of you takes something from this experience that stays with you long after the sash and crown are put away. Ken, Alecia, Tie, and Christian, thank you for being my Queens. Thank you for being part of the story of Ms. Full-Figured North Carolina. Most importantly, thank you for allowing me to be part of yours. I love you ladies, and I am looking forward to watching each of you continue to grow, evolve, and become everything you are meant to be. β€οΈπŸ‘‘
