In my previous life as a beauty lecturer, I had the privilege of meeting and teaching many beautiful young women. While I could teach them the skills needed to become a good therapist, the most important quality was something that couldn’t be taught, an innate desire to care for others. Jes had this in spades, and from the very first touch of her hands, I knew she was going to be a great therapist. Fast forward a few years, and life had taken us both in different career directions. Along the way, Jes met the beautiful Pier, and I found myself standing in the backyard of their gracious home on a gorgeous, sunny day, officiating their wedding surrounded by the people they love most. Their fur baby, Vala, was always going to play a starring role in their special day. Officially appointed ring bearer, she certainly embraced her role, entertaining everyone with her adorable antics throughout the ceremony. It was such a privilege to be part of this beautiful chapter in your lives, Jes and Pier. Wishing you both a lifetime of love, laughter and happiness together, with plenty of Vala’s mischief along the way!
