POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

A while back, I had the pleasure of joining @jespersthl on his podcast, where we talked about my research and the work we’re doing at SLS.

This time, Jesper came to visit us.
He’s someone who’s genuinely interested in longevity and understanding his own health, so he wanted to learn more about Sparq Treatment and experience it for himself.

Always a pleasure catching up, Jesper. Thanks for coming by! 🤝

Copenhagen gave me science, good conversations… and apparently, electrolytes. 😄

I don’t usually promote products. But when I genuinely enjoy something — and genuinely like the person behind it — I’m happy to say so.

I met @jespersthl only a few months ago, and it’s been a pleasure getting to know him. Somewhere in the middle of a very busy Copenhagen Health Week, @drinksalte came to the rescue. I tried it, I liked it, and yes… I told him so on camera. 😂
There’s something nice about seeing good people build things they believe in. Sometimes you don’t need to make it more complicated than that.

Keep going, Jesper. You’ve got a great thing going. 🤝

Beef liver is one of the most nutrient-dense foods you can eat.

The only problem? Not everyone is a fan of eating it. As you can probably tell when our co-founder Jesper sits down with @emilthorup for a taste test... 😂

And they weren’t the only ones who gave it a try.

That’s exactly why we made it easier: 100% grass-fed, freeze-dried beef liver, simply put into capsules.

All the liver. None of the taste. 🥩

We’ve been a little busy making a festival… 💜

Two weeks ago, we celebrated the third year of Your Mind Festival — a full day of wellness, movement, inspiration, connection — and a few Solyns, of course. 🥂

So grateful to everyone who came and made the day what it was. And to all the amazing brands, instructors, speakers and partners who brought their energy, heart and passion to the day!!

There’s something pretty special about seeing so many people and brands come together, support each other and create something bigger than what any of us could do alone. 🫶🏼

Hope to see you next year!! Follow @yourmindfestival for updates on the next festival💫

Having loved and worked in this industry for many years, I still sometimes find it a bit surreal that I’ve got to meet, work with, talk to (or just listen to) people I’d admired for years and work with brands I already loved, while discovering soooo many cool new ones along the way!

Super grateful for all the people I’ve met, events I’ve attended, brands I’ve worked with… and obviously all the freebies (as a consumer myself, these are always greatly appreciated)

There are sooo many more, but Instagram only allows 20, so here are a few ‘highlights’ from the past few years 🤍….might do a part 2 at some point

Chokolaaaaaaaaaaade🇸🇪 🇩🇰

🇸🇪 Swedish 🤝 Danish 🇩🇰 — almost understanding each other.

Things got a little lost in translation when our co-founder @jespersthl sat down with @emilthorup to talk about DENSE Beef Protein 😅

“Chocolate flavor” may have been one of them — but at least we can agree on one thing: it tastes delicious.

Made from grass-fed beef and naturally high in protein, our Beef Protein is an easy option for anyone looking for a dairy-free protein powder.
