Trying to squeeze in a workout every now and then
POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED
I read an article about Alzheimer's and ways to reduce the risk (because it's one of my biggest fears). One of the five ways is moderate exercise for an hour a day. Therefore, I started walking an hour a day and that soon led to two (because I had to one up myself). For the last year+ I have walked two hours a day, everyday. In doing so I ignored the plantar fasciitis, that was apparently building, for so long that it caused a stress fracture. So here I sit, in a boot, no walking, while probably developing Alzheimer's. Meanwhile, Jessica is counting every morsel she puts in her mouth, hitting the gym, and giving up her first love (popcorn), to show herself that she can do anything she puts her mind to. How good does @jess.ells_fit look?! Dang girl. You crushed. Connection matters #firefighter #cop #pio

In Arizona, where the sun hits hard and the landscape is unforgiving, staying cool while pushing limits is essential. The AZB Gold Foil Bandeau was designed for those who demand both style and performance in their activewear. AZB took inspiration from Arizonaā€™s relentless heat and wide-open spaces to create something that could handle the intensity of both training and everyday wear. Made with breathable, high-stretch fabric, the bandeau is perfect for everything from gym sessions to outdoor runs. The gold foil detail? Itā€™s a nod to Arizonaā€™s iconic sunsetsā€”subtle yet striking. Itā€™s not flashy, but it catches the light just enough to remind you of the hard work youā€™ve put in, and the energy it takes to keep going. The AZB Gold Foil Bandeau is more than just a piece of gear. Itā€™s made for people who are serious about their fitness, who train with purpose, and who want gear that supports them every step of the wayā€”whether itā€™s lifting, cardio, or that last stretch at the end of a long workout. Ready to level up? šŸ¦¾ ā€ØShop the AZB Gold Foil Bandeau now at www.azbodybuilders.com #AZB #AZBodybuilders #ArizonaFitness #GymGear #GoldFoilBandeau #FitnessApparel #DesertStrong #TrainHard #ArizonaLife #SunsetVibes #FitFam #Activewear

As a Physical Therapist, I can watch you walk and gain insight on what injuries/impairments you likely haveā€¦. Hence my Posing Prehab services šŸ’œ THE STAGE WALK: itā€™s an art form, and different for everyone If you OR your client look/feel awkward with the pelvis swivel, you may want to consider: 1) Limited hip internal rotation; this ā€œall or nothingā€ rotation is a common compensatory pattern for lack of hip mobility 2) Poor control of the lumbopelvic region - this person may also express difficulty holding their front pose! 3) Ankle instability - if the foundation isnā€™t solid, everything upstream feels a LOT harder to control! Any of these sound like you (or your client)? Schedule a consult with me through the link in my bio! šŸ˜ŠšŸ‘™ #posingtips #walkinginheels #posingpractice #frontpose Sponsored by: @collections_by_collins_ CODE: Doctorinabikini @resultsathleticclub CODE: Doctorinabikini

Let the holidays commence! šŸ«” My main tip around the holidays is to try and remember that *most* people mean well when they have lots of questions! They donā€™t mean to be hyper aware of your food, weight fluctuations, lifestyle choices, etc. It can feel really exciting to ask about something that we are unfamiliar about! (We all start somewhere right?) Even if youā€™re like me and get shy and awkward when the dinner table convo becomes about youā€¦ itā€™s low key my nightmare to feel like the center of attention šŸ™ˆ And if the conversations DONā€™T feel particularly loving and supportiveā€¦. feel free to vent to me and share those horror stories with someone who gets it! You can contribute to the listenersā€™ Holiday Horror Stories segment for the podcast, and weā€™ll laugh about the AUDACITY together! Speaking of šŸ˜ Make sure to give Doctor in a Bikini podcast a follow, rate and review if youā€™re feeling generous! Donā€™t forget to stay tuned for weekly episodes, prep updates and my upcoming DWTS tour happenings! #podcasts #naturalbodybuilder #bodybuilders
