BIKINI COMPETITOR — 1 DAY OUT! 🏆💪🏾

With her stepping on stage tomorrow, Wednesday’s massage session was all about being strategic with recovery.

We focused on gentle, lymphatic-focused massage techniques along the legs, followed by light moving cupping around the hamstrings and glutes to encourage superficial tissue mobility.

No aggressive deep-tissue work. No unnecessary soreness.

With the glutes and hamstring tie-in being such important areas in Bikini competition, the goal was to support comfort and mobility without overworking the tissue.

Sometimes less pressure is the smarter approach.

Everyone, meet Coach Jess @jessbushellfit

Jess is a NASM-certified personal trainer and nutrition coach, an NPC bikini competitor, and a competitive bodybuilder, but her real magic is that she has walked this path herself.

She went through her own lifestyle transformation, lost 50 pounds, and built an incredible foundation of muscle from the ground up. She knows what it takes because she has lived it.

She is also an experienced coach, having already worked with dozens of clients, and knows what it takes to get people to transform both physically and mentally.

And now we are joining forces to make AURA Method a bigger, bolder, and more well-rounded community.

Lots of reps went down this past Saturday at @armbrustprogym Posing Class. Smaller classes mean more focused one-on-one coaching and that’s where real progress happens.

The competitive season runs through December, with NATIONALS and the NPC CHRISTMAS CLASSIC ending the season still ahead. Keep showing up, refining your presentation, and taking advantage of every opportunity to practice.

I have quite a few seasoned bikini competitors who reach out to me for refining or for a complete overhaul of their presentations. They may have decent presentations but lack in strong mandatory holds and transitions where critical lines and angles should be hit consistently.

If you are not hitting those critical lines and angles consistently, your physique will get lost in the transitions and the athlete begins looking small and lacking in critical areas. The #hourglassfigure⌛️ is KEY 🔑

@j.bushfit is bless with such a tiny waist and we are going to amplify all movements from her waist through clean foot placement and hip movement.

I’ve been hosting posing classes for so many years—this is year seven! I absolutely love creating a positive female community within the bodybuilding world. It’s so much fun to connect with those you’ll be competing alongside and to have friends backstage. It’s all about supporting each other and showing up to give your best!
