Just wantin’ to brag on one of my long-time clients @jesscolbert.pt!

Jess and I have been working together since March of 2025. When she came to me, she had already lost quite a bit of weight on her own, but wanted more guidance as her long term goal is eventually to step on stage one day in honor of her late brother 🩷 a super admirable goal to have!
To date, we’ve lost ~34lbs with various life events thrown at us and a brief pause on the plan! She continues to work hard and get it all done in spite of being a super busy young mama of 3!

We’re continuing fat loss efforts for a while longer, but once we’ve finally lost the excess, she’ll really be able to grow efficiently to eventually live out her dream/goal 🥳🥰
