Ouch! 2:46:46 first ever marathon. Legs completely locked up at mile 22 and ran the slowest 5k of my life from 23-26. Loved the support on the course today and saw lots of friends! This 📸 was at mile 3 when I still felt good. Thanks @jjeffersoniv for the shot!

First tempo run 🏃🏼‍♀️ of the new season done this morning with @jessebet as my perfect pacer. I love these kinda sessions even though I’m just fighting to hold on! Massive thanks to Jesse who gets me through my workouts week in week out!! He’s basically my assistant run coach (he actually coaches via @soundrunning and now is organizing events), is an all round F-ing rockstar of a friend and funny guy!
Also benefit of @jeffersonsean working from home today meant I got some sweet footage 🎥 (more to come) ❤️! Anyone wanna guess what pace we’re running for 30minutes? 💁🏼‍♀️ @nikelosangeles @garmin

Serious question for @usatf or anyone that knows the answer
Are U.S. athletes able to chase standards in 2020?
The answer will dictate how we set up next year’s Sunset Tour. Right now we plan on having 2 meets for some good old fashioned racing and 1 set up to chase PRs and standards. Thoughts?

“THATS HOW YOU GET SHIT DONE” 👊🏻 Quote of the day from a woman who yelled it at us on our warm-up loop!! 🤣

Grateful for the support of friend @jessebet (@soundrunning ) helping me through a painfully boring track session today (thanks Coach 🤣). 📸 The most well dressed walker on the Santa Monica track standing in as today’s cameraman - thank you Sir 🙏🏻 #triathlon #training #running #losangeles #santamonica #runners #ironman #athlete #womeninsport #women #athlete

It's Day 2 of the @usatf Outdoor Champs. #FlashbackFriday to 2017 Outdoors in Sacramento. It was so hot that weekend. As soon as I got off the train, I had to take a knee due to the heat. I remember being with @joshcox and trying to find the never ending search of a nice glass of bubbly Rosè. That weekend I hosted my first after-party and @ha_runabda learned the art of shade from me. That city will never be the same 🤣🇺🇸👍🏾. #fbf #usoutdoors #memories #trackandfield #cheers #goodtimes #norcal #tracknation #running

I had the pleasure and privilege of calling the first annual Sunset Tour meet held at @apu_track, broadcast on @flotrack. Congrats to @soundrunning and @jessebet for putting on such a great meet on such short notice - I know the athletes and fans all appreciated it. And it was great to meet some awesome competitors as well, USA’s finest!
