fourth annual fall family trip 🤎🍂

after romie was born, we took a little family trip to the mountains to see the changing leaves, and jesse and I decided then that it would become our family tradition every year.

now here we are, four years later, watching them grow up bigger and bigger every fall. 🥹 these little trips together are some of my favorite memories. fishing, playing games, swimming, exploring, and just being together.

and this year feels a little extra special knowing it’s our last fall trip as a family of four. I can’t believe we’ll be adding another little one to the crew soon. 🤎

we celebrated our mila turning FIVE yesterday 😘🎂💖

i’m so happy I get to be her mom. 🥺 she has grown up sooo much this past year, and somehow, every single year, I find myself saying, this is my favorite age with her. but five feels extra special.

she’s no longer a baby or a toddler… she’s a KID. and watching her little personality unfold into the person she’s becoming is one of my greatest joys.

she is easily one of my favorite people to be with. she loves her people with every bit of her, feels everything deeply, has the sweetest little heart, and somehow manages to make everyone around her smile. she is fearless in the swimming pool and brings so much fun wherever she goes.

mila, you are so deeply loved. being your mama is one of the greatest gifts of my life, and I can’t wait to watch you become more and more YOU with every year that passes.

happy FIVE years, baby love. 💖🎂✨ i love you more than you’ll ever know.

first day of jr kindergarten for ms. mila & first day of pre-k (ever) for our romie boy. i just couldn’t love them more and i hope they feel the love and prayers and i am SHOWERING over them for this school year💛 shine bright my lovies and share the love of jesus!!

You remind each other what God has said.

Then you head home ready for whatever comes next.

These few days filled our tanks.
