Capturing autumn at sunset from 9,400 ft 🛩️🍁 thanks to @jessesplan for the taking me up in his 1958 Cessna 180A Skywagon, and @filmcultlab for the film scans. Mamiya 7ii with Kodak Portra 400/800.

I spent some time yesterday at our Summit Sotheby’s International Realty networking event and walked out with a brain full of thoughts and at least 15 tabs open😹🖤

We heard from Thomas Wright, owner of @summitsir, Brad Belke, CEO of @utahrealestate.com_ , and got an economic update from Maddy Oritt, PHD with the @thegardnerinstitute Kem C. Gardner Policy Institute at the University of Utah, which always fascinates me because this industry just never sits still for five seconds.

Markets, technology and the way we do business changes fluidly. I feel so lucky to be in a place where we are constantly being educated on what is currently happening and what could possibly be coming down the road.

One of my favorite things about events like these is always getting to catch up with some of my favorite people. 🖤🙏🏼 This is a relationships business and I’ve been blessed to be surrounded by the best. So thankful!

If you’d like an update or have any questions about why we are so blessed to live where we live, message me. I’d love to catch you up.

Love y’all! Mean it! 🖤

Ok we weren’t really in Baja… but it definitely looked like it. 🌵

This was a couple weeks ago on the way down to visit CC Pocock in Kidwell. Big fan of that guy — always good to catch up. 🦅

Last time I was out at Ibex we camped out, and I honestly forgot how rad this spot is. ⛺️

Definitely gotta come back for the next meteor shower… I bet the night sky here during a new moon is unreal. ☄️

Who’s down to count some shooting stars out here? ✨

Any time I get frustrated with the expenses of airplane ownership, I remind myself how lucky we are to be the caretakers of these incredible pieces of aviation history. 🦅

Whether you’ve got a hangar queen or what I like to call my birds — “rat rods” — or anything in between, we’re only lucky enough to call them ours for a little while. 🙏

And that’s pretty special. ✨

Check out this clean early model Cessna 180 — she’s got all the right mods. Sportsman cuff, 850x6 mains, and a big ol’ prop up front. ✨

Jesse’s a second-generation pilot who spends a lot of time flying around Utah and Idaho, putting this bird to work the way it was meant to be flown. 🦅

If you see him around, be sure to say hi. 👋

What’s better than a Skywagon? Two Skywagons! 🦅🦅

Check out this posse on an adventure in the American West. 🤠 Headed south, we stopped at Ibex… because why not? Dry lake beds are an awesome bushplane playground.

Flew today with @jessesplan. Over my home, the University of Utah, and Antelope Island. It was awesome!

Summit Sotheby’s International Realty Luxury Breakfast tour! We met at the Siegel House which was designed by John Sugden in 1962. Located in the Mt. Olympus cove, this is a masterpiece and I was so glad to tour and learn more about the history and recent renovation. Also, I was there with 25 of the best Real Estate agents in Utah.
