"Sea" you later....
Being on a cruise with your own kids hits different. Now I know the joy my parents must have had when we were growing up. I love exploring with them and creating memories with each adventure.

I love it when I get the opportunity to be in my brother's world: fitness and faith.

Your body is a temple, steward it well.
Modern fitness culture often focuses on aesthetics, self-reliance, or seeking control. Shift your focus to preparing the body to serve others and carry out God’s purpose.

Matthew 6:33 "But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well."

“Oh, you ride bikes again?” — a 36-year officer said to me today. 😂

He saw my shirt and immediately thought Harley Davidson.

I told him, “Nah, it’s actually a witness tool.”

He looked again and laughed: “Man, you got me. That’s a good idea.”

And that was the whole point.

From a distance, it looked like one thing.

The closer he got, the more was revealed.

Even the toothpick probably didn’t help. 😂

But it made me think about something bigger:

Not everything is as it seems.

People can look at the outside and make assumptions.
But God sees the heart.
(1 Samuel 16:7)

And the same thing can happen in our walk with God.

Draw near to God, and He will draw near to you.
James 4:8

The closer you get to Him, the more He reveals.

“He reveals deep and hidden things…”
Daniel 2:22

That’s why I’m still becoming.

Still learning.
Still being transformed.
Still discovering what God is doing in me and through me.

Because the goal is bigger than the role.

Goal > Role.

And ultimately, I don’t want people to see me.

I want my life to point them to Jesus.

Not soft verses. Standard verses.

1️⃣ PROVERBS 3:5-6 — Direction > Time
Trust in the Lord with all your heart... He will make your paths straight.
Not quick. Straight. Compass before clock.

2️⃣ 1 COR 16:13-14 — Strong AND Loving
Be on guard. Stand firm in faith. Be courageous. Be strong. DO EVERYTHING IN LOVE.
You don’t have to pick. Be strong at work, at gym, at home — but lead from overflow, not ego.

3️⃣ JAMES 4:7-8 — Submit, Resist, Draw Near
Submit to God. Resist devil and he will flee. Draw near to God and He will draw near to you.
Order matters. You don’t fight to get close. You get close to get strength to fight.

4️⃣ COLOSSIANS 3:23 — Work as Worship
Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as for the Lord.
God sees what people miss. Faithful whether they buy, thank you, or not.

5️⃣ 2 COR 5:17 — New Man
If anyone is in Christ, new creation has come: old has gone, new is here!
You are not your past. You are not what was done to you. You are not what you did drunk before Christ. You are NEW.

Which one hit you? Drop number 1-5.

Every time I feel discouraged, disconnected, lost etc… I just remember “Behold, how good and how pleasant it is when brothers dwell in unity.” Psalm 133:1

I’m learning this in real time…

In one season, you’re overlooked.
In the next, you’re positioned.

Not because you forced it—
but because God shifted it.

So I’m reminding myself:

Stay faithful in the field.
Stay consistent in the quiet.

Because when God moves…
it won’t take long.

I’ve learned—when I listen, there’s peace.
When I don’t, there’s frustration.

It’s that simple.

Right now, obedience looks like staying, trusting, and being disciplined.

It may not feel exciting…
but it’s building something I can’t see yet.

We don’t look at the things that are seen, we look at the things that are unseen for the unseen is eternal #disciplined #faithandfit #godandgains

It’s crazy how one honest look can shift everything.

One look at your habits…
and you realize what needs to change.

One look at your discipline…
and you see where you’ve been inconsistent.

One look at your life…
and things start to make sense.

But here’s what I’ve been learning…

You can analyze everything—
your body, your routine, your goals…

and still feel stuck.

Because real transformation doesn’t just come from looking within…

It comes from looking up.

One look at Jesus changes everything.

Not because you suddenly become perfect…
but because you finally see clearly.

Who He is.
Who you are.
And what actually matters.

Sometimes it only takes one moment…
one shift in focus…

one look.

And everything changes.
