POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

We have a bittersweet Feature Friday this week.

Today was Coach Jalen’s last day with us at our Northwest Metro facility, as he is transitioning to a new role with ETS starting next week. Jalen will be the Lead Performance Coach with our partnership with Hoop Habits, in Eden Prairie. He has earned every bit of this opportunity!

If you have even been on the training floor for just a single session with Jalen, you know how special he is. He brings the juice every day, shows up for our athletes outside of the facility on a consistent basis, and is just a flat out exceptional human being. He has been a crucial part of the growth of our facility here in Rogers, and will no doubt foster an ELITE culture with Hoop Habits!

Now.. show Coach Jalen some love in the comments!

#FeatureFriday

This week’s Feature Friday goes out to one of our OGs. Allison has been with us for over 2 years now and just celebrated her Senior Night with the Buffalo Volleyball program. Next year she will continue her athletic career at St. Scholastica, in Duluth.

Allison is a shining example of what dedication, hard work, and a relentless positive attitude can do for you. She has navigated multiple jobs, a high academic standard along with being a member of NHS, and a demanding year-round volleyball schedule… yet we see her in the gym every single week.

We are unbelievably proud of the work you have put into your development, Al! Thank YOU for being such an amazing role model for the rest of our athletes 🤝🏻

⚾️ FEATURE FRIDAY: EASTON ⚾️

Easton is heading into 8th grade with a bright future ahead of him… and if this summer was any indication, he’s going to be a fun one to watch. 👀

A talented baseball player in his own right, Easton spent the summer training alongside his older sisters, and he quickly became the kind of athlete every coach loves having in the room. His energy, competitiveness, work ethic, and willingness to push himself elevated everyone around him.

That’s what we love about training - it’s not just about becoming a better athlete individually. It’s about surrounding yourself with people who make you better, too. And Easton certainly did his part. 💪

We’re excited to see where the next few years take this guy. Keep working, keep competing, and keep raising the standard.

Have a great 8th grade year, Easton! We’ll see you next summer! 🔥⚾️

This week we would like to highlight Delaney Skogquist!

Delaney is fun, fierce, coachable and swift. She brings focused energy to our sessions as she leads by example.

Since joining us in May, Delaney has racked up 46 sessions, showing great consistency. In that time, she made it to the 70th percentile for jump height and increased her max velocity by a whole mile per hour. We are proud of Delaney’s work ethic and payoff. Congratulations 🔥

Today we would like to spotlight Coach Marina!

Hailing from Byron, MN, Marina has had experience training with ETS in the past under none other than Northwest Metro Director Hank and other special coaches. This summer she played a big role in helping our gym run smoothly, bringing good attitude, and embodying our culture.

As Marina finishes her tenure at the University of St. Thomas and prepares for Grad school, we wish her luck. Thank you for the effort you contributed to our gym! Congrats Marina 🔥

The first wave of our College & Pro athletes has officially wrapped up their summer at ETS NW Metro. 👏

Every summer, we’re fortunate to have athletes from different sports, schools, and backgrounds all pushing each other toward the same goal: becoming better than they were yesterday. Before they head back to campus (or onto the next chapter), we wanted to recognize a few of the athletes who made this summer special.

🏒 Tyler recently closed the chapter on an incredible professional hockey career after two successful seasons playing overseas in Hungary and England. While we’re proud of everything he accomplished on the ice, we’re just as proud to see him begin a career in medical sales. Tyler has been an outstanding role model for our younger athletes, and he represents exactly why we care so much about developing great people—not just great athletes. Sports eventually come to an end, but the habits, discipline, and character built along the way last a lifetime.

⚽ Ashlyn has been with us for well over two years as one of our original members, and it’s nearly impossible to find someone who consistently outworks her. Her commitment has never wavered, and we’re excited to watch her take that same work ethic to Southern Utah University as she begins her collegiate soccer career.

🏈 Jackson has trained with us on and off for the past two years and is now headed to Bemidji State University to continue his football career—following in Coach Jalen’s footsteps. Jackson brings an intensity to every session that elevates everyone around him. He’s a true competitor, and we can’t wait to see what he accomplishes at the next level.

🏊 Nola joined us for the summer while home from Gustavus, where she competes in swimming and trains with the ETS program during the school year. Although she was new to the NW Metro facility, you never would’ve guessed it with the effort she brought every single day. She also convinced her brother, Miles, to jump into our college program this summer. It was a completely new challenge for him, but he embraced it, stepped well outside his comfort zone, and made tremendous progress because of it.

🌟 Feature Friday: Aleese 🌟

Since joining us in May, Aleese has shown what real commitment looks like.

For many athletes, training can feel like something they try to fit into their schedule. For Aleese, it’s been the opposite. Her training isn’t an optional part of her week, it’s a non-negotiable. It’s something that needs to get done, and she’s treated it that way from day one.

That mindset is what drives progress. Showing up consistently, even on the days you don’t feel like it, is what builds strength, confidence, and resilience over time. Results don’t come from motivation alone, they come from making the decision to do the work, week after week.

We’re proud of the effort Aleese has put in over the past few months and excited to see where this level of commitment takes her. Keep stacking those great training days together! 💪🔥

This Feature Friday goes out to Ryan Sellers-Medrano!

The sweat on the shirt tells the story; This one was EARNED. The attention to detail, the consistency this summer, the steady improvements in technique have not been made by accident. Ryan leads by example day in and day out, so we’re proud to recognize him. Congrats 🔥

🌟 MAX 🌟

This week we’re highlighting Max, who just completed his first week in our Total Performance program after spending the last several months setting the standard in Speed Plus!

From day one, Max has brought a great attitude, a willingness to learn, and the consistency needed to improve. During his time in Speed Plus, he built a strong foundation of movement skills, learned fundamental training concepts, and developed the confidence to take on new challenges in the weight room.

Because of that foundation, Max has been able to transition seamlessly into Total Performance. He already understands how to move efficiently, follow coaching cues, and approach training with purpose. A skill set that will continue to help him succeed as the demands of training increase.

We’re excited to see what the future holds for Max as he continues to get stronger, faster, and more confident every week. Keep up the great work, Max! 💪🔥
