So proud of our brothers @jhalangahu, @shalangahu13 and all the incredible people that braved the elements and walked the 9 hours over the night to this morning - for 9 lives lost a day to suicide.

Jacob is such an inspiring young bloke that the Dragons are lucky to have. His drive to push positive change with his family and friends was incredible to see.

Looking forward to seeing what other events we can put on - to spark conversations and work towards an Australia without suicide.

If you want to break more tackles and become harder to bring down, it’s not just about getting stronger.📈⚡️

It’s about how you enter contact, absorb force, and keep moving through it. 💨

6 things I’d focus on:

1. Drive a violent leg
2. Be aggressive & hard to control
3. Fight through contact
4. Train force absorption
5. Master your centre of gravity
6. Turn your bumper into a weapon

The best ball carriers don’t just take contact — they make defenders pay for it.

Save this & share with a teammate 🔥 #youfit #onlinecoach #athlete #joinus #elite
