🍗 不用回台灣，倫敦也吃得到夜市等級的炸雞排！

每次經過 Chinatown 都會看到門口大排長龍的 @jichickens ，除了倫敦有好幾間分店，英國其他城市也找得到！店裡賣的很多都是台灣鹹酥雞攤會有的品項，最特別的是有十幾種調味粉可以自己搭配！！

🐔 招牌台灣雞排 Crispy Taiwanese Chicken Breast 一份有兩片，外皮是薄薄一層，不是那種麵衣超厚、肉卻只有一點點的雞排！咬下去肉汁很多，老實說已經能跟台灣夜市的雞排比拼啦！

🦑 脆炸魷魚 Crispy Squid 吃鹹酥雞必點的炸魷魚，外皮很酥脆，不會濕濕軟軟的～魷魚本身不會硬到很難嚼，但也沒有特別嫩，算是中規中矩

想念台灣鹹酥雞的時候，來這裡很能解饞～
聽朋友說他們家的雞胗和雞皮也很推，大家也可以去試試看！

🍗 Taiwanese night-market fried chicken, right here in London!
 There's always a queue outside the Chinatown branch, and it's easy to see why. 🐔The Crispy Taiwanese Chicken Breast comes as two pieces with a thin, crispy coating, and the meat stays really juicy.
🦑The Crispy Squid is nicely crunchy without going soggy, though the squid itself is more decent than tender.
Best part: you can mix your own flavour from over ten seasoning powders.

We have arrived in London!! After an hr delay in leaving EWR - because London airports do not allow a plane to land more than 20 minutes prior to scheduled landing - we were in the air & I was asleep within 20 minutes! Woken up for breakfast (not bad) I dropped my phone behind the seat (!). Flight attendant tried to help but it was really wedged in there. Maintenance was called & they came quickly & retrieved it along with Dubs hat 😵‍💫🤦🏼‍♀️. Then it was off to immigration (easy self service kiosk) & then the taxi line. 105 Euros (!) later we made it to the hotel. Don’t know what’s in store for the rest of today but I know there will be fried chicken & scones

Tried volcanic cheesy chicken from @jichickens and it was so crunchy and cheesy!!

The chicken skin is the star of the show, super crispy and has a nice spice rub on it. I wish the chicken itself also had some spice; it felt a bit bland but overall loved the combo. 7/10

And this lychee green tea with lychee coconut jelly was so good and refreshing. 9/10
