🌈💛🩷💜💚🩵🌈
Hello beautiful mamas and papas! 👋✨

I’m Esther — a fellow mum here in the Cascais/Lisbon/Sintra area — and like so many of you, I found myself scrolling through YouTube trying to find something genuinely good for my little one to watch. 😅

I kept hitting the same wall… endless videos with zero educational value and nothing that actually helped my toddler understand their big, overwhelming feelings. 💔

So I did what any slightly sleep-deprived, slightly determined mum would do… I made my own! 😂🙌

🌈💛 Introducing HEARTLINGS 💛🌈
Think Daniel Tiger vibes — short, sweet episodes made especially for toddlers and little ones, designed to help them:

💛 Name their emotions
🩷 Understand how feelings work
💚 Learn to calm down and regulate
💜 Feel seen, understood and loved
🩵 Build kindness and empathy

Meet the gang — Sunny, Boo, Roxy, Ollie and Tilly — five adorable little friends living in Heartlingland, each one representing a different personality and emotional world your child will instantly recognise. 🦁🐾🦊🐶🐰

This is my little passion project, made with so much love, and I would be SO grateful for your support! 🥹💕

👇 Please follow, like & subscribe — it means the world! 👇

New mini-episodes daily!

We say goodbye to Sahida @jigglejamlisbon with a huge thank you for all the shared moments. Her beautiful energy and wisdom accompanied us during these past years.

Although we say goodbye, we move forward with our classes, especially those dedicated to the little ones, who are a fundamental part of Music Room, where everything begins. 🎶

From now on, Hala Hamdan, music teacher and music therapist, will be in charge of My Little one & Me class on Tuesdays at 2pm. Hala also teachers Introduction to Music for 4-5 yo, and we are sure that her talent and dedication will continue to be a great inspiration to all. ❤️

On Fridays My Little one & Me will be taught by Emma, a new arrival to Music Room, a great music teacher, guitarist and composer with a beautiful jazz background, welcome @emmafeldmugnaini ☺️🎶

Our booking system will remain the same, online as always!
*Please check in our calendar the days we will have class, since some Fridays, for different reasons, we have to cancel the class, this is always notified the day before to the people that had booked the class online, if you didn’t booked and come directly, there is no way for us to notify you, so please don’t forget to do the steps in the booking system 🙏🏻☺️

And don’t hesitate to ask if you have questions ❤️
