We could not be more excited to share the story of Chateau Belle-Vue and Naji and Jill Boutros, 1987 and 1988 graduates, respectively. Their daughter, Lauren, is also a 2020 Notre Dame graduate.

Chateau Belle-Vue wines are grown in Bhamdoun, Lebanon, on a mountainside overlooking Beirut and the Mediterranean Sea. Seven years after the Lebanese civil war, Naji returned home with his family to restore their vineyard and bring life back to the village. They now grow grapes from 60 acres of heritage vineyards, farming organically and sustainably, using low-intervention practices.

Chateau Belle-Vue wines are prized from Kuala Lumpur to Hong Kong and are in the best restaurants in London, Chicago and New York.

Amazing evening in Dearborn, MI! Chef Hisham paired an outstanding Italian and Mediterranean menu with Chateau Belle-Vue wines to stun the crowd at Tiliani.

Also awesome— @dakardiab, Kim Mical, and Madeline Triffon, the very first female Master Somm in the US! What an honor!

2 colheres de sopa de azeite
1 cebola média, picada
2 dentes de alho pequenos, picados
Sal a gosto

1 tomate médio, picado
1 colher de sopa de polpa de tomate
1 colher de chá de hortelã seca, mais um pouco para servir
200 g de lentilhas vermelhas
40 g de bulgur grosso
