#SarahsHome Absolutely beautiful collection by Sarah Burton for @givenchy. I think this is where Sarah truly starts at Givenchy. It is decisive, intentional, powerful and overall elevates women and their beauty. Congratulations Sarah!

One random night in 2005 went to a raging house party on Canal St, then to Passerby with @aaron_bondaroff @heronpreston @maxpask @hellhillel & some other misfits for legendary DJ @ericdunks (my podcast guest this week-link up top). Didn’t you just love Passerby & that light up dancefloor? Wasn’t it the greatest institution of a bar/ creative community center? That place was special!!! THANK YOU @passerbystop 🩷💚❤️ Where are my regulars? I love stories of Passerby. All pics by me on Canon Elph. Last pics of the danceflooor I found online since my dancefloor pic was dirty lol Cc @dirtyroomba @jillmeisner @iheartjill @maxpask @kenzominami @smc3001 @tommiesunshine 🩷💚

The pictures don’t do it justice. The Dolomites were easily one of the most beautiful places I’ve witnessed, and the women that joined me on this retreat made it even more special. We luxuriated in the spa daily, trekked through the mountains, indulged in the delicious local food and wine, connected over laughter and conversations, and (of course) did lots of yoga. Can’t wait ‘till the next one. Will you join me in Croatia May 18-24th 2027

An ode to women, thats what Mrs Sarah Burton just presented in Paris for @givenchy F/W 2026-27. In a very strong collection the designer explores the codes of the house with little details here and there from previous creative directors and best sellers. Jewellery is on point, giving the protagonism to the upper body and the silhouette growing from there. Beautiful veils like hats and fluidity in the dresses where embroidery is a craft, Sarah has connected modernity with a twist, giving the answer to fans of the house from all ages and demographics #ODDAmagazine

UNI-QLO Store Opening 3rd Street Promenade - Santa Monica When you weren't looking, the fashion zeitgeist quietly shifted. Luxury brand prices went through the roof - a Dior cashmere sweater can run $4400 - while basics brands have suddenly lived to that that ubiquitous tag: "elevated." Japan's Uniqlo is the best example:it sports designer-esque cashmere sweaters ($79 to $130) in many hues; barrel pants, bomber jackets, most pieces under a hundred bucks. Its gigantuan new Santa Monica store's the best thing that's happened to the Third Street Promenade in years: it would be a ghost town without Zara, Sephora and upscale Mexican joints. Uniqlo could be its accessible-to-everyone wake up call. Merle is writing an insightful weekly fashion newsletter “Loose Threads” for The Hollywood Reporter. Uniqlo came to town to open their new store on Third St Promenade and welcomed Angelenos to an elaborate holiday dinner at Santa Monica’s Rustic Canyon. Gorgeous food, lovely sweaters, very cool people. Check out their cashmere sweaters before they’re all gone - a hundred bucks or less!!!! #uniqlo #rusticcanyon #kcd @jillmeisner

#SuperfineStyle opens with clothing once worn by enslaved Americans. Guest curator @monicalynnmiller88 said these were the hardest pieces to source for the @metcostumeinstitute’s awe inspiring story on Black style. ➡️➡️➡️ Swipe to the end to see these rare pieces of #negrocloth, that open the story about #dandy-s and the Black diaspora. Thanks for the fun morning @mworoniecka @michellestein55, and my museum previews compatriot @alva.chinn. View the exhibit when it opens to the public on May 10.

Fashion #prodigy @tylersphotos has earned the honour of photographing the catalog for the 2025 @metcostumeinstitute exhibit #SuperfineStyle. This young photographer’s list of credits already runs deep, including being the first #black photographer to shoot a @voguemagazine cover (his model: @beyonce). See Tyler’s magnificent photos, in full scale, at the @gagosian, on view until April 5. Thanks for tagging along with me @nicholasraefski. ➡️➡️➡️ Swipe to see the catalog cover featuring an archival piece by @walesbonner.
