a whirlwind few days from Expo West to SXSW! loved chatting all things cookbook with my dearest @bbmillstein (congrats on the @fishwife cookbook!) at the amazing @firstlightbooks with @alldaypizza and @tinygroceratx in Austin. Snuck in some delicious @franklinbbq (Kai-approved! 🤤) before jumping on stage with @chobani @drinkolipop and @incmagazine to discuss the state of mission driven CPG companies. Expo West was a whirlwind, it’s always so wonderful to be in the midst of so much energy and passion, loved meeting so many budding entrepreneurs and reconnecting with old friends. Thank you for the inspiration and now off to catch up on sleep!

A New York minute to catch the NEW @flybyjing menu at @shakeshack ‼️Three spicy Sichuan 🌶️ items now available at select locations: West Village, Astor Place, Harlem, Forest Hills and Bay Plaza while supplies last. LOBSTER 🦞 MAPO TOFU. Insanely delicious and as @breij put it, completely bonkers collab with @anajakthaifood to kick off The Book of Sichuan Chili Crisp 🌶️ book tour in Los Angeles. Uni scallop tostada w Zhong Sauce, spicy river prawn pad thai w @flybyjing Hot Pot Base, fish tacos w Xtra Spicy Chili Crisp, and endless flights of @bondlewines 🍷 made for a perfect night in the alley of dreams (📸@ohpetelee) . I also had the privilege of speaking to @twaydabae at the soon-to-open @sua_superette for my @nowservingla book talk, where we discussed identity, culture and self expression through food, sampled Suá fare and the exclusive @holeygraildonuts chili crisp lilikoi donut !!!! 🌶️🍩
