Social media challenges aren't really my thing, but Emtmiahj challenged me for a good cause. The idea is to do 25 pushups every day for 25 days and nominate different individuals to participate each day. The goal is to raise awareness for those suffering from mental health issues in the fire service.

Today I nominate CPT Bill Malone. Bill has a lifetime of service in both the military and the fire service. He does everything he can to serve his community in every way he can. He is dedicated and hard working and our citizens are lucky to have him.
