Sometimes the people who change your life arrive later. After you’ve grown, learned a few lessons, and become comfortable being yourself.

The friendships you find in your thirties feel different. There’s no competition, no pretending, no pressure to be anyone other than who you are. Just genuine support, endless laughter, honest conversations, and people who celebrate your wins as if they were their own.

I’m so grateful that life brought these friendships into my world when it did. They remind me that it’s never too late to find your people, and that some of the most meaningful connections come exactly when you need them.

Here’s to the friends we meet later in life, the ones who make it richer, lighter, and so much more beautiful

Can’t believe it’s been a week since the last events at @theisland_games what a weekend and event it was thanks to @sarahmich_fit90 for sorting it all out!! For me it wasn’t just about competing in island games 2.0 but it was mostly about being able to see and support all these amazing people who I got to meet and make memories with ❤️❤️
