Granada, Spain 🇪🇸
Visited the iconic Alhambra
Spent a day in a traditional Arabic bathhouse (Hammam) -this has been on my bucket list! It was incredible -highly recommend!
Experiencing flamenco in an intimate cave setting was intense🔥
Granada is very different than the other areas in Spain. Being across from Morocco and under Islamic rule for 700 years you can see the Arabic roots, and then the switch to Catholicism in a lot of of the buildings.
many of the people speak, Spanish, Arabic and English.
Great mix of food and shopping!

What we saw before siesta
Day 2 in Madrid 🇪🇸
📍Parque del Retiro
📍Museo Nacional del Prado
Phones were strictly prohibited in the Museum, it was massive -touring for 3 hrs and we didn’t even see half!
Noteworthy : Velázquez, Goya, Bosch and the only certified copy of the Mona Lisa, painted at the same time as the original by da Vinci’s pupil.

It’s great to have that one friend that you can text early on a Sunday morning. “Hey, you awake😉”
First time I’ve seen this path after sunrise! 🌅

So much love for the extra effort of @lagemelabruja and @jessjessiejess182 - waking up even earlier than me to decorate! ❤️❤️❤️

This was August …a blur between work and sleep, but there were moments: school starts, birthdays, sunsets with my family and friends checking in on me making sure I got out of the house 🫶 Thank you!!
