I made this Wedding Guest Dress in less than 3 Hours! Using upcycled paisley silk from an ex-designer in the 80’s/90’s. I almost didn’t upload because the lighting/content I got I wasn’t in love with but I wanted to show you what else I’m working on! Not every day is full of glamour - there’s tons of extremely diligent work put in almost each day to be doing this. There’s beauty in the mundane but there’s also a lot of planning and chaos. I seriously wouldn’t have it any other way and I know I’m a lucky girl to live this life. My partner also supports me heavily so I can be doing this instead of being miserable at my corporate job so cheers to him! When you guys support me - you’re supporting my little family and a small dream that feels really big to me 🤍☁️ love you guys!!!

It’s been a lovely Risk It for the Biscuit summer! Thank you all for one of the best summers I’ve ever had. I still can’t believe I’m designing clothes using antique textiles! It’s a dream ☁️

You caught me on a really good day! Most days have a bit more chaos and sewing but decided I wanted to prioritize cooking.. the lively part of being your own boss is deciding the workload you can or can’t take on that day. I feel like I’m finally in my flow state and it feels so good! It took a long time to get here.

Just a little biscuit head - there’s so much of her in my work. Just a little horse girl who loved canned biscuits and clouds. Always dreamt of being in fashion, never let anyone dress me. My first pair of shoes were red patent leather from the local Payless and I refused to go with anything else. Independent & confident she was. The name of my small business was totally spontaneous - a slang I picked up along the way became my mantra and now makes more sense than ever - it’s actually an Irish phrase and I’m 74% Irish. So Risk It for the Biscuit and get the red shoes doll!! Xo - Jena

Some highlights from my latest midsummer collection! The first opportunity to shop the collection will be at Roam Homeware’s Sunday Gatherings Market 9-3. The drop will release the following day at 10:00 am. This drop includes textiles from Ireland and France dated back to the Victorian Era. The Richelieu cutwork lace, Filet lace, hand-embroidered French knots, tasseled picot trim, and tiny little details are so unreal and breathtaking. Every piece is a one of one and carefully designed and made by me. I’m so moved by some of these pieces I can’t wait to see you guys enjoy them like I have. 🙏🏼
