Looking back at an incredible evening for 20/20/20, in support of @hospitalityaction.

Two weeks ago, just 12 guests joined us at our chef’s table for a truly special evening, enjoying 20 courses created and served by an incredible line-up of 20 of the UK’s leading chefs.

A huge thank you to all the chefs who gave their time and talent to make the evening possible, and to everyone who supported this very special event.

Special thanks to our sponsors @sanpellegrino_uk and @acquapanna for their generous support.

We’d also like to extend our thanks to @wistonestate, @gusbourne_wine, @everflyht, @howlinghops, @maisonchampagnedelamotte, @veuveclicquot, @hennessy, @moetchandon, @ochotequila and @renaisgin for kindly supporting the evening.

On 11 November two Michelin star @kitchentable1 and @jknappett go ‘Off Menu’ with Chappett’s Café.

Chappett’s Café is the food James and Sandia cook at home, almost exclusively South East Asian.

‘Off Menu’ is a new three part series with Sera & Kitchen Table. Each night the kitchen cooks something it would never serve during normal service. After this, The Dive Bar on 17 February and Late Night London on 14 April.

Rhys was invited by @qatarairways to the unveiling of their NEW business class menus in collaboration with @jknappett so… we thought we’d give you a sneak peek.

The three course menu is available exclusively on all flights from London Heathrow to Doha.

Fourteen years of amazing memories at 70 Charlotte Street. We adapted, improvised and over came. From opening emotions, to stars, to having a family, to Covid home kits, to renovating. Here’s to many more! Thank you!

We are very lucky in Britain to have such a celebrated and respected game season. Each year we look forward to cooking some amazing wild game, shot on our very land. One of our favourites is the British wood pigeon.

Some restaurants serve dinner.

At Kitchen Table in London, dinner becomes an experience.

Seated around the kitchen itself, there is nowhere to hide - and no reason to. Every dish unfolds directly in front of you, with James Knappett and his team turning exceptional British ingredients into something quietly extraordinary.

There is a remarkable precision to his cooking. Every element feels considered, every technique purposeful, yet nothing ever feels forced. It is craftsmanship at its highest level - confident, restrained, and deeply personal.

And then there is the wine.

Curated by his wife, the brilliant sommelière Sandia Chang, Kitchen Table has developed an exceptional expertise in Grower Champagne. Her selection brings a remarkable sense of place and individuality to the pairing - bottles chosen not simply for prestige, but for character, depth and expression.

It is this balance that makes Kitchen Table so special - Knappett’s precision and craftsmanship on one side, Chang’s extraordinary understanding of wine on the other.

Two Michelin stars, certainly. But more importantly, a restaurant with its own identity - deeply British, intensely personal, and utterly compelling.

Kitchen Table is a place where the kitchen truly is the table.

My day at California Adventure pretty much listening to @jknappett saying “Come on!” 😂

Just managed to catch dinner @kitchentable1 before they leave for summer holidays! I always opt into the supplements (thanks @jknappett !) as they are always too good to pass up (scallops, caviar, black truffles). Beverages started with a new n/a cocktail with cantaloupe, dulse, and a touch of red chili. I moved on to a glass of sake and then finished up with the tea of blended foraged herbs. Summer in England always has some great ingredients at their peak flavor. Also, sorrel granita made it back on the menu, which has always been one of my favorites to have. Big thank you to everyone for fun and flavor-filled experience! From Kitchen Table in London
