One year ago today we made a dream a reality. There was so much that went into this property that not many will understand, but I am forever grateful for the people we have around us that made it all possible 💜

One year ago today gave up our vacation to turn the barn into a dream home, put up paddocks, put in an outdoor arena… and brought the horses home in 3 weeks!! Then our indoor was up by January!

To our clients that have stuck with us and believed in us through the process-thank you. You all know who you are 💜

And I am most grateful for arguably the best husband who has fully dove into the industry when he married it 💜 Thank you for believing in my vision when we looked at this blank canvas of a property, even though you thought I was crazy. Thank you for saying “okay” with a grin when I ask for things to be done to the property that you fully didn’t understand, but did it anyway. Thank you for believing in me, trusting me, and supporting me. Managing this property is not possible without a person who can handle people, contractors, can fix literally ANYTHING, mow everything, and also be a husband. @freytrainingsystems ….thank you and I love you more than ever 💜

If anyone is in the same position and wants any recommendations-I am more than happy to share the best team we had!

Maycember. Maycember hit so hard that I am just now posting this a full lunar cycle later.

From celebrating the life of Aunt Jean, to getting a furry little roommate for a couple weeks (my parents’ dog Miss Bella), to coming home to celebrate my cousin @mednthings nursing school pinning, to heading to San Francisco to cheer on my girl @vaughnashley getting her MBA from UC Berkeley, to Miami, where I co-planned and ran a @exodusleadership convening of 120 Black, Jewish, and Black Jewish leaders AND performed, while still running my beloved @bloomingdale_music , and making sure I got back just in time for our biggest community event of the year, Performathon. Whew.

May was a month of family, friends, new beginnings, and chapters that aren’t quite closed yet (9 more days at BSM!). But am I tired? Yes. Do I have a really full life I’m grateful for? Also yes.

A beautiful weekend of lessons and getting to break in the indoor on Saturday! Then Sunday was so beautiful that we are lucky enough to have the ability to still ride outside in the warm sun 🌞 So grateful for @carriagegateconstruction and @east_coast_arenas for recognizing that we were getting rain on Saturday and hustling to finish the interior so that we could play in our new indoor! Siding and windows finishing the project this week! #winmohr
