JIGGLE JIGGLE || All the food presentation here at @devucafeburwood are Insta-worthy and tasty. But what completes the entire experience is having the decor be just as Insta-worthy. Here, you’ll find their handmade brown rice vermicelli salad, but PURPLE! Like ok… I see you. But you’ll also get their cute piggy and bunnies that are served with herbal jelly, leche flan and taro balls. It’s super cute and fun! A great place to catch up with friends or family. How good can a Michelin Star bubble tea be? I was sold when I see the title of @chichasanchen.nsw being a 3 Michelin Star rated bubble tea. I’m not entirely sure if this is truly a 3 Michelin Star rated bubble tea but they are famous for their Dong Ding Oolong Tea and their Green Tea holds a prestigious Highest International Authority ITI certification (not that I know what this is) 🧐. I love how their teas are very aromatic and it is brewed fresh to order! It is also very cool to see the Teapresso machine and the whole process 😍! But is it worth the long wait and travel to Hornsby? Probably not 😕 but if you are in the area, definitely check it out!

Throw back to the visit @lalune.sydney months ago with @jnyl_eats. Ordered the in house chicken sandwich, croffle with Lindt chocolate, berries and ice cream as well as the tiramisu. All their croffle range are delicious and I’ve tried them all. This is my favourite as it has berries on top. We also ordered the iced matcha and Iced latte. If you haven’t visited this cafe yet you are missing out! Two weeks ago @jnyl_eats visited Industry Beans on York Street on Saturday and it was buzzing! It’s only a short walk from QVB. We ordered: 🌶 Chili barramundi folded eggs $24. Sous vide barramundi, sambal oelek, crispy chilli oil, mango coffee togarashi and bonito flakes. I didn’t have this so not sure how it tasted but sounds amazing with all those packed flavours in one dish. 🍓Fruit sashimi $19. Wattleseed rice crisp, coffee chaff milk jelly, cured papaya, Davidson plum gel, fresh fruit and coffee caviar. The fruit sashimi was so beautiful. Presented like art on a plate. I enjoyed eating the wattleseed rice crisp giving the dish texture and made the dish more filling than just eating fruits. Almost like have cereal without the milk but with fruits added. Also loved the Davidson plum gel and the coffee milk jelly. The coffee milk jelly looks like a mini panna cotta it was so cute and delicious. I highly recommend ordering this dish however you may need to order something extra as it is a pretty light dish. I wasn’t that hungry so it was perfect for me. 🧋 Pandan bubble cup $8. Cold brew, consoy and coffee soaked tapioca pearls. ☕️ Cold brew $5. Came in a cute can labeled Industry beans. We felt the coffee was bitter yet felt watered down so didn’t enjoy the coffee as much here. The food here is worth coming for but not so much the coffee. It is so cool to find a place with bubble tea coffee though.
