Yes, we want the workout 🍑 We want stronger muscles. We want lifted seats, toned legs, stronger cores, and to feel GOOD in our bodies. But we’re not interested in beating our bodies into submission to get there. At Length + Strength, we take a different approach. We work WITH the body. We meet you where you are. We build strength without making movement feel like punishment. We create challenge without believing more is always better. And we lean into the feminine way of training: intentional, connected, fluid, powerful, and responsive to the body you actually have today. Because strength doesn’t have to mean hardness. You can build muscle and still move with softness. You can challenge yourself without abandoning yourself. You can work toward the body you want while learning to appreciate and listen to the body you have. And yes… we’re still going to make that booty WORK 😂🍑 So consider this your sign: It’s time to get your booty to the barre. ✨ YOUR WEEKLY SCHEDULE ✨ MONDAY 9:00 AM • Barre Strength with Jenny 5:30 PM • Barre Cardio with Cortney TUESDAY 9:00 AM • Barre Classic with Jenny 10:30 AM • Barre Strength with Cortney WEDNESDAY 9:00 AM • Barre Strength with Jenny NEW! 5:30 PM • Barre Strength with Cortney THURSDAY 9:00 AM • Barre Classic with Jenny 10:30 AM • Barre Restore with Jocelyn NEW! 4:30 PM • Barre Classic with Cortney 6:30 PM • B-Pop with Emmalee FRIDAY 9:00 AM • Barrelates with Jenny SATURDAY 8:30 AM • Barre Strength with Cortney 9:30 AM • Barre Cardio with Cortney Come find your class, meet your body where it is, and get stronger from there 🤍 Class tomorrow with Jocelyn is FREE! And as always, if it’s your first time to the studio your class is on the house 🙌🏼 Link in bio to book your spot #barre #barrebabes #liftedseat #tonedtummies #strongcore

Come meet @jocelynbirkhimer at the barre 💗 If you’ve been curious about who’s stepping into this next chapter of Length + Strength, this is your invitation to come move with me! I’ll be teaching Barre Restore every Thursday at 10:30 AM, and we’re kicking it off with a FREE community class this Thursday, October 1 🌿 Barre Restore is a slower, more intentional class designed to create space in the body through mobility, stretching, breath, and mindful movement. It’s about slowing down enough to actually listen to your body. Creating space instead of constantly pushing. And leaving feeling more connected, energized, and at home in your body ✨ You do NOT need to be a current Length + Strength member to join us. You don’t need to have done barre before. You don’t need to be “in shape.” Just come as you are. Bring a friend. And come experience Restore with me 💗 Thursday, October 1 10:30 AM FREE + open to the community Reserve your spot! Link in bio. I can’t wait to meet you at the barre 🌿 #barrerestore #barre #yoga #restore #lengthandstrength
