my favourite kind of people: the ones who show up, do epic things, and somehow stay humble about it.

Remembering that I’m living the life I once only dreamed about. Staying present, leaning into the good stuff, and carrying so much gratitude for the opportunities, adventures, and the friendships that have shaped me. Here’s to soaking it all in, together, for a lifetime.

It’s a privilege to share these moments with them, to witness their joy and freedom, and to know we’ve helped give them a life full of adventure. When we lose one of them, it’s not just the loss of a dog—it’s the loss of a relationship built on trust, care, and the shared belief that every dog deserves to live fully. We mourn, but we also celebrate the time we had, knowing we helped them experience life the way it was meant to be.

Seeking a last-minute PMBIA Level 2 coach for an awesome program! Something came up for the one we’d hired, so we’re on the hunt for the perfect replacement. About the program you’d be supporting (scan the QR code in the third photo for more info):
⭐️ $30/ hour (plus travel honorarium if required)
⭐️ All or part of 9am-4pm (ish) Sept 14th and/ or 15th in Cochrane, AB
⭐️ You’ll be coaching the intermediate-plus group of non-profit Bike Cochrane’s “Ride, Empower, Connect” (REC) women’s mountain bike camp
⭐️ REC is a totally free three-day MTB program for 24 Cochrane-area riders to build skills on their local trails and connect with other rad women.
⭐️Your group will have 6 women keen to learn drops, jumps, cornering, and anything else they can soak up from you.
⭐️ Designed with fun, access, and equity in mind, REC is funded by grants from Devinci Bicycles and Fox Factory. Coaches get all the fun swag and treats that participants do, and the opportunity to build community, connected by bikes. #pmbia #pmbiacoach #mtbalberta

This season is proof that when we come together in nature on bikes, magic happens.

Nothing more rewarding than watching riders conquer challenges and grow beyond their limits. We are proud to have been part of your journey this season!

We are deeply grateful to have the opportunity to ride and connect with the lands of Treaty 7, home to the Niitsitapi (Blackfoot) Confederacy, including the Siksika, Kainai, Piikani, and Amskapi Piikani; the Îyârhe Stoney Nakoda Nations—Goodstoney, Chiniki, and Bearspaw; and the Tsuut’ina Nation. These lands hold a rich history and profound significance, and we honor the enduring presence and stewardship of these Indigenous communities. We ride with respect and gratitude for the privilege to experience the beauty and spirit of this sacred land.

it only took 48 hours after the gold hill trail run to sign up for anotha one: the 5peaks bowmont enduro. it feels like we made a full day of it but we ran, are burgers and swam in the river and were home by 2pm. being outside is the best.

oh, sideshow bob is WAY better on foot than on a bike.
