Museum of the Dog’s Paws on Parade in Bryant Park. Bodhi wore his recycledTarget outfit for the ‘hanging in the park’ portion of the program and switched to his sushi costume for the actual parade. Most of his friends were there and it was such fun to catch up!

Bastille Day Dog Parade on Madison Avenue. Such fun! Bodhi dressed as a tray of French pastries. I made them out of papier-mâché, which is also French 😂

Last week I went to Grand Central Station by myself to see @humansofny exhibit, Dear New York. Sadly, Vanderbilt Hall was closed for a wedding, so I did not get to see that part of the installation — but no matter, it was spectacular nonetheless. I took a few pictures, but then just started wandering around & enjoying looking at the building, the people…there was beauty everywhere! ❤️

This morning my dear friend & fellow makeup artist @joejsimon sent me a reel chronicling his trip to the exhibit with his dog Gladys 🐕, and since it is much better that my lousy photos, I’m sharing it with you instead. Viva New York!!!!!! ❤️

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐀𝐧𝐧𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐌𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐢𝐝 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐞 🧜🏻‍♀️🐚

Still swimming in the magic of my very first @mermaidparade from last saturday kicking off the summer season! As a lifelong mermaidcore lover, finally dressing up as Princess Mera and marching among the sea of shimmering souls felt like a fairytale come true.

I proudly walked in honor of Ariel (we always had this inside joke that he was the personification of The Little Mermaid and Aqua Man combined) whose spirit lives on in every wave of love and memory. The colors, the creativity, the energy—it was everything I imagined and more.🥲💕

Grateful for the magic, the community, and the amazing moment shared with everyone! A special S/O to my dear seasister @arielpenzer who encouraged me to join this annual tradition!🙏🏻🥹
