Not all “Hype” is real as the sound from these @supremenewyork mini mics is 💩‼️

Nevertheless, I had the privilege & the honor of talking to the LEGEND that is @shirtkingphade as they celebrate 40 years of T-shirt excellence with @proclub_usa.

We talked about the importance of mentorship not being gatekeepers to our Academy’s & the @laams.nyc laamaly & their dope NYC block @complexcon special shouts 2 @troubleandrew aka Gucci Ghost @asapmob; rest in paradise @yamborghiniyams always 🕊️

“The Boys 6️⃣ers”

Honestly, I’ve been in my own head A LOT recently thinking about what was, what could have been, or the things I think I’m owed or deserve
This intimate movie screening was like therapy for me seeing old friends I haven’t talked to in a decade (some not recognizing me 🥲) and us getting the chance to just kick it and talk like old times it’s just what the DR ordered.
I’d like to thank my family who’ve listened to me belly-ache nonstop and offered great advice!
And of course the man of the night Aubrey for bringing us all together & hosting this epic event!
Books have been talking to me a lot lately and it’s kinda crazy this is what I was served today.

The path of transformation is to see yourself as something beyond the narrow confines of your small ego—-something that includes everything.”

Thank you Toronto. Thank you @tiff_net!

Another great fest and a historic Tiff50. Thrilled to be back mentoring through the accelerator programs that the festival runs so well, year round. A killer cohort of pitches through the Gold pitch program via @goldhouseco. An amazing set of projects through @wifindia. Such talent all around us, always inspiring.

And honored for @mrgnlmedia to be back IN the festival again, with our partners @archipelagoproductions @nick.ewart and the brilliant writer and star of DEMONS @onlyonepreeti, directed by @directedbykells

Attended the Forest City Film festival yesterday and got to watch an amazing movie, The Boy In The Woods. Very proud of my brother in law and all his accomplishments producing this very humbling film.
